I had my hysterectomy here, so I would say I can give a very accurate review. The professional staff was a true delight. The nurses were very friendly and helpful, and the doctors were a delight to work with and listened to my concerns carefully. The facility was clean, and even the housekeeping staff was friendly when they came to clean my room every day. My needs were met within minutes of my expressing them, so their response and treatment times are exemplary, even though they take the time to talk and be friendly with the patient; a fabulous change from other local hospitals. The facility is older, and they dont have the newest equipment, but it is well-maintained, and gets the job done very nicely. If they are unable to do a certain procedure due to lack of equipment, they not only admit it freely, but refer you to the best alternative so that you can get the utmost care. Also, the only hospital that wont turn away the poor for inability to pay or overdue previous bills, and wont sue you if you cant pay. (I have no personal experience with this paragraph, but it is worth knowing that they care more about their patients than their profit margin!). The only negative thing I can say about them is that the food is really not good. But they did allow my visitors to bring me meals since I wasnt on a special diet, and thats something most other hospitals expressly forbid! In closing, the care is excellent, the staff is professional and amazing, and treatment is expeditious. I love this hospital and nearly everything about it! I hope you never need a hospital, but if you do,OCH, formerly Doctors Hospital, is DEFINITELY the place to go!

Doctor Salvador Ceniceros and his office manager, Karen are absurd, horrible, rude bullies! The rest of his staff are kind but I have been going through an awful domestic situation and the doctor,as well as Karen, turned there hearts completely black towards me. Told me that I had an appointment a week from my last but had actually set it up for 4 days out. They knew that my husband was being abusive towards me and the situation as I had to bring my kids to the first appointment in pajamas and no shoes because when I got them in the car, he locked me out. I was hysterically crying in there office and the receptionists were amazing.but when I got back to the room, he kept telling my twins to be quiet.I was very uncomfortable with it. Come Monday evening, Karen called me asking if Id be at my appointment and I told her I thought it was Thursday.she said no. I told her that I was staying with my mom, 8 hours away, and asked if I could reschedule it. And she made it for the next day. Well, thE next day, I woke up at 4am to drive all the way back, and i had lost all of my money at a rest stop when opening my door. So i was stuck in a town until my mom could send me more . Karen had called me while I was waiting and she was so mean to me, telling me that "my behavior was unacceptable" and that theyve already went way too out of their way to make accommodations and he is dropping me. She laughed at me and accused me of lying about my first appointment date. Its very clear that they both hate people. Its all about the money for em. Sad word we live in.

The worst medical billing experience in my life. Went to the OCH clinic for years and I was constantly billed wrong. First they lost my payments so I would have to mail my bank statement to them. They did that more than once. Second they would bill me for a specialist when I saw a doctor. Also did this more than once. All of those things were usually resolved after a lot of phone calls and many months. Third and final thing was the the Evergreen pain clinic. I went there to see a specialist and they billed me for a inpatient visit. First I called the onsite billing and they said they would look at it and put a hold on the bill. Then after a few weeks I called again, this time I was sent to another person who said they would look at it and call me, they never did. After a few months the off site billing department called me and accused me of not paying my bill. The onsite billing had never called me back and probibly never looked into my billing issue. When I called the onsite billing for the third or forth time in a few months all they would do was explain what a deductible was. They would not look into if it was billed wrong. They said they charge inpatient billing for the specialist. By this time I had seen the specialist 3 times and needed to pay 900$. I went there for years and now I feel like a sucker for ever going. If you go there keep every receipt.

After having severe stomach pains for two days I gave up and went into another e.r. I was forced to wait over 4 hours with no treatment. I called a different facility and they informed me I would experience the same thing there. About to go home, despite what the problem could be, My mom suggested that I try here. I went in and was immediately helped. No wait at all. The doctor and nurses were very friendly, and the price was much much cheaper than other facilities.

Rude clinic manager n staff! Talk down u n r overpriced period compared other hospitals!They put me in bind when I need clearance for surgery by discharging me!For bogus reasons might add.if condition gets worse they r responsible n liable.thr cash prices r higher than others!No respect for patient only care money.surprised Medicare hasnt closed all the clinics n hospitals.

This hospital is horrible!!! They are dirty,slow and unprofessional. They dont care about their patients at all. I would defentley not recomend this hospital unless u want poor service, and the possability of getting even more sick due to their dirtiness and poor hygene.

This is the best place for low income people yes, but it is also a great place to get psychiatric help, general practitioner, good nurses that care, clean, little wait time.If I was rich I would still be a patient her. They accept Medicaid and Medicare.

Good Specialists and primary care but the clinic has moved 4-5 blks to the East. New place is much nicer and handicap accessible, much better.
