I had gone to Cox South ER and needed an orthopedic follow-up. I couldnt get a quick appointment at my regular orthopedist and if I had broken something I didnt want it to end up rebroken to reset... so Dr. Roher was recommended. Not only was the waiting room wait extremely lengthy; hours long, which staff was good about informing me there would be SOME delay but they had no records of all the scans done from the ER. So they wanted MORE done. This was another wait. As a first-time visit it wasnt good at all and no one seemed to be looking at any paperwork I had filled out. The staff seemed pleasant to everyone else but I felt very pushed aside. And since they didnt read any of my medical history, I had to repeat several times which is not good medical practice. I was told no surgery would fix my issues and yet more tests were ordered and I was trying to comply with the orders but since there was no surgery needed and I was already in a brace, I decided to make an appointment with my regular orthopedist after all this time since Cox Physicians share medical information so that patients dont have to keep rehashing everything per visit and phone call and I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable and taken care of at Cox. It just felt overall very unprofessional and archaic with their handling of my medical care at this facility. I cant recommend this place to anyone. It did seem quite apparent that they tended very well to their existing patients all around me.

I have had several different procedures (MRI, CT Scan, Cardiac Stress Tests, Nerve Induction test) done at OCH North, and have been treated with respect every time. Procedures began pretty much on time, with no excessive waits past appointment times. Admin staff were courteous and efficient. Medical personnel were professional, and took time to explain things to me every time. I would use OCH again with no hesitation. My experiences there have all been better than the average at other hospitals.

All staff is rude as possible. The doctors dont care about you, just your money! But this is the place to go if you want a government drug dealer! If you need help or have a medical issue, DONT GO HERE!
