Incompetent staff had me waiting for nothing for over an hour on a Friday because they didnt know how to communicate or do their job. I had to go up to the receptionist and ask why I was still waiting for my appointment over 30 minutes past the scheduled time (Good thing I did, otherwise I would still probably be in the waiting room). This is when I found out they had tried to call me once earlier that day while I was at work and left no voice mail. They needed the paperwork that I had with me which they never asked for, so they were going to just make me wait indefinitely because they didnt want to do their job or communicate.

I called to make an appointment to be seen for post-concussive symptoms and was told I could just do a walk-in appointment for it. I showed up for a walk-in appointment and was told I was better off going home and coming back the next day. I was also given a concussion hotline telephone number (not sure how that is supposed to help me.) I called the hotline right after I left the clinic only to find they had been closed for 2 hours (shouldnt they know this?) My symptoms were severe enough that I should have been seen. I ended up going to the ER that night. Last time I checked, concussions are not something to mess around with.

We waited for 1.5hours to see Dr. Saha for my daughters 9month checkup. She or the nurse/MA did not even look at or address the 4 page paper they had us fill out in regards to development or concerns. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the level of care and the lack of patient centered services.

Went for imaging at this location. Very large, imposing building. Waiting area for imaging is uncomfortable. Just a hallway with chairs. Everyone sits together in gowns as you wait. Quite uncomfortable. Luckily the wait was minimal. The techs were efficient but impersonal. Everything was done correctly.

I go to physical therapy here. Very knowledgeable staff under Bruce. I have had pt at many different places and this one is great. They listen and change up your therapy to what will help not hurt.
