They accept all forms of health insurance, which is great! However, the staff doesnt seem to care about patients on government healthcare, which is considerably less than great! After a cavity filling I developed horrible pain. I called them immediately to get it fixed and they scheduled me for three weeks out claiming it was not possible for me to see anyone any sooner. Turns out the filling was done incorrectly and by the time I could go back in my tooth and the surrounding gum was unbearably sensitive. As I lay crying in the dentists chair from pain, all the dentist did was repeatedly say that it shouldnt hurt. All I can conclude is that he didnt want to pay for anything that might help the pain as he was already having to redo the filling for free as he messed it up the first time. If you have to go here for your dentistry needs, be very cautious!

I chose this office because a good friend referred me. I was pretty nervous, but when I finally called to make an appointment, the front desk woman was SO FRIENDLY it eased my worry. I needed an early appointment before work and they had 7am appts so it was perfect. When I arrived they had water and even coffee! At 7am YES PLZ! The cleaning and exam went great. No cavaties! I will totally recommend this place to family and friends in the future.

First off, I have Medical Assistance and it was almost impossible to find someone taking new patients. Not only were they ok with my MA, they also took MN Care for my children. The office is an older building, but the staff was so friendly. Im seriously afraid of dentists but Dr. Nelson and his staff made the experience bareable.

The staff is friendly, but I have not been impressed with the service. I usually am not seen until 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. There seems to be a lot of new faces every time I come in. The office and equipment is outdated and isnt very clean.

Great dentist! Painless and thorough. I had to go to another dentist because my insurance changed and it was awful. Even though my insurance doesnt cover this clinic anymore I will pay out of pocket, thats how good they are!

Super responsive emailing. Scheduling, follow ups, and filing HSA claims have been a breeze. Dentistry also exceeded expectations. I love my teeth again :D 5/5 Highly recommend.

Hard to rate a dentist 5 stars because its the dentist, but this clinic is always very accommodating and friendly. My teeth are in good hands there.
