I have gone to Snoqualmie Eye Care for 25 years. Love Dr. Duvall. We have watched it grow. Very professional care. Dr. Rebecca Dale in his practice did replacement lens surgery on both my eyes two years ago. A most rewarding experience. I wore glasses for 53 years. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I am loving it. Everything about this practice I adore. I highly recommend it. The best service ever.

After two exams and two sets of incorrect lenses, I am out 457.dollars and I still cant see. That is after insurance. I left the glasses on the table and left. Terrible business model. I guess in two years when my vision care will pay for another exam I will get some glasses elsewhere. Until then its the dollar store. I could of gotten 457 pair for the price of one

The new office location is very convenient, the office space is large and comfortable, the staff is courteous and professional, and the vision eye care is exceptional. What a great office. The staff is very freindly and helpful! The doctor took his time to explain every thing to me. My visit was so good I had my brother, who lives in Gig Harbor, come out for his eye exam and glasses. Now the whole family goes there!

Called an hour before appointment asking to arrive 30 minutes late. They said no. Arrived on time and waited 45 minutes without being spoken to only to be treated by someone who failed to introduce themselves. Awful experience.
