Highly recommend Dr. Song to you.I have been seeing Dr. song for years. He has been the the best eye Dr. I have ever seeing. I moved to MS 7 years ago. I had to use some one in MS but tried several different Dr.s there, none of them are as good as Song. Not to mention about the equipment he used is the most advanced equipment. He cares about YOU and he is very profectional even when he is very busy. I would be questioning about any Dr. If he or she is not busy. Well, guess what!! I have been back at lest once or twice every year just to make sure my eyes is in good shape. And he always make sure I understand how and what to do in between my next appointment. As an Mid age patient I trust him more then 110% ! Dr. Song you are the best. You should go to see him too..

I agree with first review I have been going their numerous times and have spent up to 4 hours at the office. I love Dr.Song and the change is very hard to make now. I think the office staff is not able to manage his office and they are not able to communicate properly. I have to make arrangements to drop and pick and I cannot afford to sit there for 3 hours. no one can. they should have a better times expectation for their patients. At one point they refused to see my child because they wanted the co payment first and I had my insurance on the phone explaining I dont need to pay the large copay. I ended up paying because the child was diluted. the copay was reimbursed but but it was not easy. I dont think diluting a patient and examining should take 3 hours.

Had an appointment at 10:50 am and still waiting. is it really the doctors fault or his staff who cant manage his appointments? the doctor doesnt make the appointments, they do. Most of the time is spent with the office admins whether youre waiting or calling in for an appointment or more information. If they cant give you a good reason for a 2-hour delay and they say its the doctors fault and they cant get him to move any faster, then shame on them. They should at least let you know how long youre going to have to wait and give you the choice to either reschedule or wait. Ive switched doctors for less.

My appointment was at 5:00pm. I waited for two hours and got to see the doctor at 7:00pm. Even at 7:00pm, the doctor did not focus on me, his patient. He got in and out doing what I knew not. The glass had various of problems. Although he agreed to fix, I had to wast my time and to visit this office a couple of times. My glass lasted barely one year. Its quality was just terrible. Do NOT visit this office.

I agree with the first reviewer. It is a REALLY LONG WAIT. Appoint time to when they first call you is ~ 1hour. Then till you see the doctor is another 1.5 hours. All tests are done without really a choice. Saving grace is that the doctor himself was good, thorough and helpful.

Not sure why the negative reviews. Went in and was taken right away (no wait). Was charged the correct copay for VSP. They explained everything and were super helpful. I was seen by Dr. Chu who was patient and kind. Will go back and recommend.
