Hello. I dont know why a reviewer would be so harsh. There is no magic to cure all problems. There are no quick cures for all diseases. You might have something that you should have gone to the emergency room for at a hospital and they check you out thoroughly like with a full blood panel of 8 or 9 tubes of blood drawn from long syringes, lots of X-rays, ekg tests, ct scans, echo, more and more tests, hook you up to heart rate monitors and blood pressure monitors, and you lay in bed for many hours until they find out whats wrong with you. If they find out whats wrong with you they will treat you. If they cant find anything then they dont know. You might even have to stay overnight for observation. In fact there are no cures for a lot of diseases. You might have something that requires more testing to find out what you have and when they know what you have they will help you treat your problems. You will also need to try many many times to find out which solutions will help you. There may be no solutions too. You might have something that you will have to take care of for the rest of your life. You might have something you cant do anything. Science takes time to solve problems. There is no magic. Good doctors will help you if you let them. If the lady over the counter is rude, let them know but give them a chance, they will help you. Ive been there many many times, trust me, they are busy and they are good.

As a silicon valley engineer, we are all so busy and rarely see a doctor. When we need to see a doctor, sometimes it is urgent. It is hard to find a doctor who can stand on a patient side to take care patients need. We have seen Hui for 3 years. I highly recommend Dr. Hui Zheng to everyone.

i would give 0 star if i can. I went to the doctor simply because she can speak Chinese, and what the doctor checked did nothing help. I called a few days later to check the bill and the receptionist is the worst person ive ever talked to! Shes so rude! Dont use them.

This is my WORSE EVER doctor experience. "Dr. Zheng" and the nurses/receptionists there are the most rudest, angriest people I have EVER dealt with. They are not even qualified as the professionals.
