Horrible experience the first time we tried Kaiser. The nurse practitioner told us to go wait in the pharmacy for my name to come and collect the medicine. After waiting for 20 minutes, we decided to ask and were told that there was no medicine in my name and probably the doctor forgot to send. The person then confirmed that he is working on my prescription, after waiting for another half an hour, we again decided to check and finally got the medicine after explaining the entire history again to a new person as the person we spoke to earlier simply said he doesnt know what happened. Utterly ridiculous!!

I have been here twice in the past six months. Ive received excellent and prompt care with virtually no waiting. Especially for after normal office hours visits and maybe even during office hours you can be seen so much more quickly than your regular doctor. Make an appointment online first.

Terrible!They are not Ok.Qiao Tran and two ladies attacked me.They have shown that they have chronic depression.The gossip went all over the place that it damages my life so I try to avoid them because I dont want to get hurt.
