Worse dorctor Ive ever seen.Dr. Stein has poor communication skills. She is extremely vague. I wasted 3 weeks going back and forth trying to gather everything I needed for an INS form. Whats worse is that when she finally gave me the form I had to go back one last time because my lawyer said it was incomplete. Now she didnt even apologized for her screw up. Im filling a formal complaint with The Medical Board of California. Dont waste your time and money with this doctor. There is far more capable physicians out there.

An emergency visit with our toddler with pneumonia and a week in the hospital introduced us to a skilled and committed doctor with lots of integrity. The practice includes knowledgable doctors and support staff. There is consistently excellent customer service and care and they always go the extra mile to provide the answers for parents and children. So lucky to have found Dr. Stein! Stay away! I have visited her office few times last year. Im still getting payment requests after 12 months through paypal like Nigerian scammers. Yes!!! No official statement, just payment requests through paypal with no explanation. I had to find last years bank statements to prove them that Ive made all my co-payments. Worst office we have ever seen. AVOID!

Dr. Stein cared for all three of my children the past 12 years. Even when it was busy during flu season, we could always get an appointment to have one of the kids looked at. Two locations, one in San Jose near Valley Fair and the other at El Camino Hospital. Never had a billing problem.

I really do not recommend this doctor for the USCIS medical exam. Very vague information about vaccinations and prices. Highly understaffed, except of one nurse, personal including doctor not friendly and do not care about patients waiting.
