We went here for my wife for a problem she was having, this has happened to her before, she needed medical attention and was on pain meds for over a week. The Saratoga Medical Clinic did not meet our medical needs, furthermore they refused her pain medication and told her to take Tylenol. On our way home I felt scammed, so I called the Dr. and told her that I pay a lot of money for medical insurance for my family and it is her job to manage my wifes pain. She refused to talk to me and said to put my wife on the phone. She then told my wife that she felt I was using my wife to try to get pain meds for me, so she wouldnt give her a prescription, but if we made it back in 10 minutes she would give her an injection( too bad we were in traffic and 20 mins away). So when we say we cant make it back in time, she says she is going to call the police and report me for illegally trying to obtain a prescription. I am a business owner and a professional athlete. I was dressed in nice cloths but I do have many tattoos, this Dr. profiled me because of my tattoos, and refused my wife medicine she needed. I am looking into taking legal action as well as reporting this incident to the board that overlooks these doctors. DONT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!

My husband had sharp pains in his abdomen area and we wondered if it was appendicitis. We visited Dr. Aronson and judging from the urine sample, he did not see much of a problem but suggested we get a blood test done at the hospital that day. In order to get the blood results Dr. Aronson had to call the hospital himself and then call us with the information. He never called. He never even called the next day after we left many messages. The hospital wouldnt let us get the results unless he requested them first. After my husbands pain got worse we decided to go to the emergency room anyway. While on our way to the ER, an associate of Dr. Aronsons called and said that my husbands blood test indicated infection and he should go to the ER IMMEDIATELY. Had we known that a few days before, we may have been able to stop the infection earlier. As for bedside manner, Dr. Aronson was a very sweet, older man who did seem like he genuinely cared. He called the hospital to check on my husband to make sure he was okay...but his forgetfulness and lack of response upset us more than his personality could ever help.

Their website says to make an appointment, but if you call they tell you just to walk in. So I did. When I got there the doctor was "out" and I had to fill out the paperwork give them my insurance and leave the offices for a half an hour. When I got back the receptionist started acting suspicious and grilling me about how I have a deductible and whether its been met. Then she started asking me if I was prepared to pay their co-pay which is 30% of the doctor visit. I said that I usually only pay $20-$30 for a co-pay and she got this big snotty, fake smile on her face and said "thats because we charge more than other people". So if you want a bunch of attitude and a huge co-pay (for what will no doubt be a quick referral), definitely go here. And when you do, make sure you wear a tie, because if its your day off, you are in a lot of pain and just throw on a t-shirt and jeans, they will assume that you are some sort of deadbeat.

After a motorcycle accident, I was referred to Valley Radiology by one of their doctors. Valley Radiology did not get paid from my insurance because the doctor, George Whang, didnt notify my insurance of his referral to Valley Radiology. I have since been sent to collections, because of my insurances failure to pay.

I wouldnt even offer a one star rating to this place. The female doctor is horrendous. She was rude, disrespectful, & had no interest in my medical needs.
