I discovered Dr. Jones through a friend. Dr. Jones is the second eye doctor that I have seen here in the area.. At once, I could tell the difference between this place and previous incumbents. Dr. Jones is similar to having a scientist/tennis rockstar/bar owner at your local pub wrapped into one. He is so thorough and precise, to explain the procedure to make you at ease knowing the fact that is youre in good hands. He also has outstanding bed-side manner and will keep you entertained throughout the whole process. His staff makes you feel at home as well. I was seen pretty quickly upon arrival. I was there for my LASIK appointment, staff was so patient to make sure that I am getting the right measurement and doing the eye calibration correctly. Well, its dang important, so they better take the time. Dr. Jones came also to check how I was doing and tell me to take a deep breath, and re-do the test when I feel comfortable. I was able to re-do it successfully after the third tries. When you walk into this place, you can sense that this place knows what theyre doing and genuinely love what they do. They have selections of glasses, and everyone is happy there. You can spend months looking for the right doctor to do your LASIK/contacts/eyeglasses, but I think you should try this place out. Having been around the Beverly Hills block, Manhattan, and San Francisco, I have to say that I am surprised that this kind of place exists here in Northeast Ohio. The service and professionalism surpassed my expectation and it has set as the "gold" standard when I choose a health care provider. When you have a moment, check out his credentials, very very impressive.

I just had LASIK with Dr Marc Jones this past Friday and could not be happier with my experience. ALL of their staff are kind, considerate, and patient. I worked with Kelly, who works with LASIK patients on scheduling, testing and financing, and she made my experience wonderful from day one. She was so attentive and caring throughout the whole process. Dr Jones and his staff on surgery day were accommodating and I felt 150% cared for before, during and after my surgery. I would recommend Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons to anyone from needing glasses, to surgery. They were absolutely wonderful and I appreciate it so much!

I had LASIK refractive surgery in March, 2017. From the first visit I was treated very well. Everything was explained very clearly to me during the process. The evaluation was thorough and I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Lohman was very professional. The day of the surgery went well and I had no pain following the procedure. I had everything that I needed and the post-operative course has exceeded my expectations. My vision correction went from barely able to see the big E on the Snellen chart to 20/15 1 week later and still doing well. I recommend Dr. Lohman to anyone even vaguely interested in LASIK.

Many years ago I had Lasik surgery at another facility and ended up back in glasses and contacts after just a few years. Still hopeful I could prolong wearing any correction, I inquired at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons and recently had the PRK procedure. While I am only 5 days post-op, I am thrilled with the care I was given by EVERY staff member, relieved at how easy the recovery was and looking forward to my new and improved vision without any glasses or contacts to deal with! (for now anyway, until I need those readers to see up close!) Thanks to the entire staff, you are the best.

Northeast Ohio eye surgeon optical center is a worst place to buy glasses. The staff is very unfriendly. My daughters glasses were falling off her place but they could not fix it although I was ready to pay. So we naught new glasses for her. They never called me although glasses were ready. I went to pick up the glasses before office hour she was not available in the office. I am highly dissatisfied with the service at the optical center.

Thank you very much Dr. Marc Jones! After surgery, while still laying on the table I was able to see the time on the wall clock with my left eye. My sight has been returned to pre-detached retina vision (Dec 2010). The nurses and staff were great. Also, many thanks to Vickie Wojcik for helping me sort out the variety of surgical options.

Everyone in the office is very nice. Office is clean and well set up. I loved every one of the doctors I spoke with. They treated my kids like they were special guests when I had to take them with me to appointments. They did a phenomenal job on my LASIK procedure.
