Ive worn glasses since I was 8 and this was by far the worst appointment Ive ever experienced. The first technician was all over the place. He confused what I said and preformed tests that I didnt think he was qualified to do. Then he passed me off (without explaining what we were doing next) to another technician who was busy. She didnt explain anything and just started preforming tests. My eyes are very light sensitive, so these tests really bothered me. She seemed frustrated that I kept blinking and just kept redoing the tests. I had to ask what we were trying to do and what I needed to do. I dont think the tests were useable. Then I finally saw the doctor. We talked for 70% of my time with him about nothing. The eye exam consisted of me reading 2 lines of letters and that was it. I had come in for an infection I had in my eye for a year, and he didnt give me anything for it! He checked it and said saw my discomfort and just said to keep doing what youre doing. I would say after a year of trying to self heal, I could use some professional help.Then I was sent for more tests that bothered my eyes that I didnt need! Took too long, I am not satisfied and looking for a new doctor to help me. Very frustrated that I wasted time and money!!! I didnt even get a pair of contacts to wear like every other office provides!!! I dont recommend unless youre inexperienced in eye care.

I had come in today to see about a stye on my eye and had a great experience. The staff at the front desk was very open and is always wonderful at greeting my mom and I (and theyre funny). My tech, Pam, was so sweet and friendly and just overall a delight to talk to. I was helped by Dr. Pierre for the first time, and he was absolutely amazing! He not only explained how a stye can form, but he also gave me a variety of options as to how we could get rid of it. He even offered an on the spot procedure that would take less than 2-3 minutes. Him and Pam both made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole procedure even though I was pretty nervous, and they were both 100% professional the whole time (plus theyre funny too). I think that this was the best experience Ive had going to the eye doctor, even though I had to have a procedure done, and I am happy with the results. (P.S when you walk in you can get really good cookies and hot chocolate/coffee!)

The Cleveland Eye Clinic has been a lifesaver. We had a very hard time finding a facility willing to accept our not so awesome vision insurance plan (Spectera). A co-worker told me the Cleveland Eye Clinic could help us so we went. Dr. Cox was masterful in his assessment of our little 7 year olds astigmatism. He took the time to share his gut parental instinct and professional opinion. April on the optical side was fantastic with helping us to understand the importance of ruling out any vision challenges for our young school-agers. She shared her personal vision challenges and how she was impacted academically. She even recommended a few low cost stores to buy some fashion glasses for the jealous big sister! My husband and I ordered very stylish high quality glasses and my daughter is beyond excited to receive hers soon. Very pleased with the gorgeous facility and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Pat at the front desk greeted me immediately in full Cavaliers regalia excited for Game 3 Tonight! After taking my info she introduced me to a delicious platter of freshly made cookies. I was in heaven. I polished off half the platter (wont my co-pay cover that too?) :) Great group of people. Mary Ellen checked me in and I impressed her with my eagle like vision. She had terrific "bed side manner" and was very thorough when asking about my conditions and symptoms. Next came Dr. Warn. He was incredibly helpful and gracious. We exchanged pleasantries and I felt like I had known him for many years. We even discussed some investing ideas and our families. Needless to say the personal care and time Dr. Warn spent with me made an indelible impression. Thanks guys!!!! Hope to be back soon for some cookies!!!

The overall experience was very nice from start to end. The lady at the reception, and the nurse were very courteous. I was seen by Dr Cox and he was very friendly and professional. He explained everything very well and also listened to every question in detail answering my concerns. The next week I visited for my 6 year old daughters check up and we were seen by Dr Warn. He was again an excellent person who was very professional and at the same time very persistent/patient in the minutest of the details and dedicated a lot of time. The equipment here is excellent and the nurses have the confidence to handle them. The doctors explain very well and are very nice to talk to. This clinic is excellent and anyone interested in quality care should visit this place.

Had cataract surgery Dec1st with lens (top seller) & the rt eye surgery Dec 13th also had lens in. Did everything after surgery Dr. Wiley said. I have been really excited to get my site back, Im a different patient. Couldnt see across the store or make peoples faces out. Ive had lazer on left eye, and now on right eye to see close up. I am giving it time to heal. More or less having my brain & eyes work together for my vision to be completely there. Its getting better, little slower but have to be patient & positive!! I am seeing Dr. Wiley in 2 1/2 mts. Everyone heals different. Im looking forward having my complete vision back... Dr. Wiley works with you until that happens too! Very caring doctors and a great staff.

I have used Dr. Doug Cox for the past several years and it has always been a good experience! Alan and his staff at the lab are very knowledgeable especially with shooting eye protection! I am very hard on glasses and thought that I broke my frames from sleeping on them and expected to have to buy new frames again! The ladies in the lab were wonderful and must have use some majic dust or something, because in 5 minutes they came back out completely repaired and looking brand new! The best thing is that there was no charge! This is great customer service and would recommend Dr. Cox, Alan and the lab staff to anyone! Thanks again!

Had an 1:30 apt, arrived on time, but, my Dr. was still with an emergency at another office. the staff immediately informed me of this and asked if I would wait, third in queue, or book another time. Decided to stay. Staff kept me updated on when my Dr. was to arrive at Beachwood . They had all of the prelim. exams done before he even arrived at Beachwood to expedite the process. The Dr. even apologized about being late due to an emergency. two take aways, 1- the staff was great on keeping all aware of what was happening. 2- glad to have a Dr. that I know is willing to spend time with an emergency if I ever had one.
