I cannot say enough positive words about the service, care, and friendliness of the entire staff. I do not feel like a number when I come in. I feel as though they LISTEN to my questions and concerns in addition to explaining every part of the procedures. As someone who had not been to see a dentist for almost 2 decades because of negative experiences, I can honestly say that Dr T et al have changed my view of going to the dentist. THANK YOU.

I dont understand the previous reviews. Every single person I talked with at Battle Ground Dental was courteous and caring. They really took the time to explain my options to me and to work with me to find the right balance between the dental care I need and making sure I was comfortable with what my insurance would cover and what my out of pockets costs would be. I would absolutely recommend Battle Ground Dental to any new patients.

I have to agree with the "Rude Office Manager" comment. Both dentists are very cordial and caring yet you wouldnt know that if you had just met the front desk receptionist! HELP! We dont want to switch dentists but if the receptionist continues with this snotty unprofessional behavior we will switch. Its very unfortunate that such great dentists have allowed this behavior towards their patients.

I love Battle Ground Dental! Its so nice that Dr. Jeff takes the time to get to know you and remember you as a person. So many dentists dont bother getting to know you and it can be really important as they can identify potential health concerns from your dental issues if they only take 5 minutes to be a person. I highly recommend Battle Ground Dental. The whole team is terrific!

is a great dentist but his office staff is so hard to deal with. I thought I was completely paid up on my account to find out that Im not paid up. It is like walking a slippery slope to the abyss as so it feels like what the true cost of treatment is can change on a whim. They also charged my daughter $75 for a no show fee. What a crock of BS as she said that she called to cancel.

I have seen both Dr. Kockritz and Dr. Woodbury and both are amazing doctors. I would recommend them and the office to anyone looking for a great general dentist in the area. The front staff, Shelley especially, is great as is EVERY dental assistant I have worked with. Thank you Battle Ground Dental! I will see you in January :)

I think the staff got tired of telling me "youre welcome" this week. ;) These guys bent over backwards and went way beyond their job descriptions to help me with something and it still floors me. Not only is their relational care top notch, I feel well taken care of medically as well. Five star place, for sure.

I agree with the previous reviews. Theyll nickle and dime you. I worked with them, and felt they were disingenuous, even though the dentists seemed nice. They stuck me with a big bill at the end, and werent upfront about the costs. Avoid.
