5 STARS all the way!!!!!!! Everyone was very nice and professional from the moment I walked in! The 2 receptionist, the dental assistant, and even the dentist (who by the way... I was expecting to be female!) It was a very cozy, warm, modern, quiet (in a good way!), and overall very clean environment!! The equipment used was high tech and very quick! For my first visit, my wait wasnt too long and the overall appointment was as expected. I even walked out not owing a dime (Thanks to them accepting my insurance!) I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me anything either which is very important to me. They showed me in a mirror and also on the x-rays taken my problem areas. I once had a dentist pressure me to get invisalign (braces). For everyone that knows me its still laughable! Especially, since they brought it up to me! My teeth were perfectly fine! I dont know how much straighter my teeth could get! The only way they were going to put any type of braces on me again is if they paid for them. Especially at the time being 22. And, having them for at least 4 years in my teens. With that being said, I never went back to that dentist again! Long story short, I just moved here cross country! And, I move A LOT! Every couple years to lately every year!! I compared this place to all my dentists I have ever been to which was Carmel, IN (30 minutes north of Indianapolis), Orlando, FL, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Alexandria, VA (right outside of Washington, D.C.-which happened to be were my husbands dentist was located!!) Talk about a bad experience! In Washington, D.C. he had a root canal done on the wrong tooth. It took us 3 dental offices to find a decent one in there which still amazes me how hard it was to find a decent dentist in that area. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone that I meet!!! One more thing, I feel like its necessary to mention that they did not once bring up any of the little spa services they offer, which I thought was great! I know they exist from their website! And, Im interested in all of them, but I dont like to be sold on anything! ps. No issues finding a park spot! And, no elevators to ride! The dental office didnt feel stuffy or uptight! But, also not too relaxing or laid-back that it came off as unprofessional or weird! I loved the fireplace on and especially the calm music in the background (Im not sure why everyone doesnt do that!) Just walking into that office made the overall experience feel like entering a SPA and not a dentist office! Its an absolutely brilliant! And, Im not sure why we dont have more of them! I dont care who you are! Everyone hates going to the dentist! Especially me!!! I usually get so nervous and end up always canceling, but Im happy to say that Im actually looking forward to my next appointment (which is crazy!) If your insurance accepts them. Im not sure what else you are waiting for! SMILE, pick up your phone and book an appointment now! They send out reminder texts and even an email to you (which you can add to your calendar on your phone or computer which is greatly appreciated to someone as OCD and picky as me!! =)

I am just getting started with a 1 year treatment plan to include dental implants and a bunch of other restorative work and I can not begin to tell you how thankful I am to have met Dr. Azizi and Dr. Gasper. I felt SO comfortable with both of them and am actually really excited to go through this process with them. Both of them were very concerned with my comfort level and took the time to talk with me about what to expect and answer all of my questions. The staff is professional, the offices are gorgeous and comfortable. They even offer mini spa services during your cleanings! I fully expect to be beyond happy with the results next year and will report back! UPDATE! 5/19 Its been about 6 months and I am in the final stages of my implant process and also now have braces. EVERY SINGLE appointment I have had (and there have been a lot) I am treated like I am most important patient :-) I have some anxiety and I it is always addressed and I am treated with such good care from the check in to check to out. I have complete confidence in what was diagnosed for me and where I will be when the work is all done. Ill check back in when everything is completed!

Vineyard dental was a life changing experience. Upon parking my car I was excited to go inside the offices. The reception transports you to a luxury spa, complete with designer interiors, modern fireplace, comfortable sofas, calming surround sound music and a spa treatment menu with complimentary drinks and tea. The staff welcomed me as if I was arriving at the four seasons hotel. They were warm and friendly and communicated effectively. When I entered the exam room Dr. Azizi offered me blanket and a warming buckwheat neck support pillow. I was comforted by the attention to detail vineyard dental offers each client. Before the procedure I was offered a custom playlist for my listening pleasure which helped soften the noise of the instruments. My teeth cleaning was done using a new comfortable ultrasonic technology which breaks up plauque instantaneously. After the cleaning I was offered a warm face towel and given a bag filled with helpful items to keep my teeth happy. I cant go to any other dentist. I am looking forward to going back for the first time in my life.

I went to this Dentist based on the reviews it had... And Im SO glad I did! VINEYARD Dental is the first dentists office Ive ever been to where I walked in and felt instantly at ease... yes, the décor and ambiance was spa like and relaxing, but also, the staff was warm and welcoming. They offered me water or tea and had me sit down in a super comfy chair that I wish I had in my house. I was brought back to a dentist chair (also very comfortable and the assistant started with me right away.. took X-Rays on what Im sure must be the latest technology.. and then not too long after that, the Dentist Nancy Azizi, came in to discuss my options. She was gentle and made me feel relaxed, spoke about some movies... I felt like I wanted to hang out with her afterwards... LOL! After my procedure they brought me a lavender scented warm, moist towel to wipe my face off... wow! AND... The bathroom was beautiful. :) What else can I say... this place is amazing and I wont be going anywhere else.

Yesterday I had another extraordinary experience in excellent (pain-free) dentistry with the added bonus of feeling completely nurtured along the way. I had two crowns replaced, and within three hours, the team along with Dr. Azzizi had removed the old ones, fabricated beautiful new crowns, and bonded them in. In between the the actual work, I had a neck massage, warm blankets, and heated pads on my hands and forehead. I have always been a fearful dental patient, but going to Vineyard Dental has changed all that. The actual facility is a pleasure to enter, and it does live up to its dental spa image. I recommend this dental practice wholeheartedly. I feel completely confident in the excellence of the work provided, enjoy the professionalism of the team, and the overall personal care I receive at Vineyard Dental . I enjoy Dr. Azzizi both as a person and as a very accomplished and caring dentist.
