A nightmare, took my daughter each time, once grandson, daughter appalled. Had I believe, different denist every time, dr. Lee.. First told me relineing bottom waste of money. Cant have rods, as I checked, next some lady in room putting goop in mouth for impressions, starting gagging on this, my daughter found her visiting in hall,,, "0h it be ok". Next visit, dr, so is no longer thier, took another impression said you needs new teeth dont want new teeth just impression. Hes gone next visit man with mask on bad allergies, as his assistant rolled her eyes took off mask I looked up to see nose running,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I want refund for the Tim and money I have spent....I am in tears and cannot go on. Much more. Horrible cracked chairs covered with plastic ,, please refund my 900.00. I have spend so far I am 79 yrs old,, on ssi,, Reply asap. So far no calls to daughter, as they promised to do, as she is helping me with my case...

Spent ~2 hours getting X-Rays after moving from another dentist, I spent 40 minutes in the waiting room before the reaching a nurse for X-Rays which lasted for about 30 minutes. Afterwards I was moved to another room to wait for the dentist and after 40 minutes, I spent about 5-10 minutes with him before getting estimated on a $800 bill for an upcoming visit.

This experience has left me looking into heading to Mexico to finish my dental work, have spent over 10k, on teeth, only to lose within a year, could have gotten half my entire implants done with the money, now I still have to pay again to fix teeth, this is Napa?
