I have been in this office a few times. 50% of the time something gets messed up and i have to go back again. very frustrating. Its one thing when its me its another when its my child. We came in today for a blood draw for tests. this was by far the worst experience i have had yet. Its hard enough having to restrain your own child who doesnt understand and is crying but when they missed or went through the vein and didnt know how to fix there mistake its very frustrating. it was obvious what had happened she was screaming and no blood was coming. They actually got mad at me for having to deal with her. they wanted me to reschedule to get the rest of the blood. um no. do your job right so we dont have to come back, ever. so they switched to the other arm and did it again. to top it off they took WAY more blood then they needed for the test and should of taken form an 18 lb child. 2 more ml and it would of been the same size they would of taken from a full grown adult. I even asked them to stop the second time and they completely ignored me. I called 2 doctors and asked if they had taken to much blood for her size and they both agreed. they do have 2 or 3 employees that have been good but over all its not worth the risk of getting someone whos incompetent to ever go back. now my baby has big blood bruises on both arms.

This is the worst lab I have ever been to. The first time I went the formica was missing off the counter and there were huge black scrapes on the wall. The second time there was a patch on the wall that hadnt been painted over. Then, the phlebotomist went through my vein while drawing the blood and pressed so hard it actually hurt. I have never had trouble with someone drawing blood and she left a huge bruise. I only went there because I have Providence insurance, but I will never go again.

Have been to this lab many times over the years. The staff has always been courteous and quick. The lab is always clean. Ive never had any concerns about the professionalism of the technicians or the accuracy of the results.
