After you go around back to park, timing is the key. Take a number, register (they have your MGH data), then use that same number for the specimen, e.g. blood draw. Midday youre often in and out as fast as possible. The phlebotomists in my experience have been excellent at getting a single poke (my last visit was fasting, and 15 tubes drawn from one stick in my elbow).
