I walked in - the receptionist said there would be at least a half hour wait. I said I had a question and she said please sit down until we call you. I waited about 10 minutes and went up to reception, as the question was Germaine to weather I would stay or not. The receptionist totally ignored me. I left - VERY, VERY RUDE AND NO SERVICE after I drove a half hour to go there because there is no way to reach by phone or ask question on phone.

They are easy to do tests with but dont pick up the phone and often problems getting them to fax it along. No problems with billing. The blood tests are not more unpleasant than usual.
