I came in and I was the only patient in the entire office. I had to have blood drawn for tests my doctor ordered. The young gal that drew my blood jammed the needle so ruffly that she had to move it and readjust it. Moving it back and forth, it hurt and she didnt seem to mind. After I came home and removed the bandage, I was shocked to see how badly the area looked. It was bruised, swollen and purple. I just cant believe someone would do that. She is obviously not suitable for this kind of work. And by the way, I work out and my veins are clearly visible and easily accessible.

It says you can walk in but when u go there early in the morning the drug test hours says 1:30-4 so whats the point of walking in if u cant take the drug test in the morning. When you try to call quest diagnostic theres no representative present so you cant ask if what time is their drug test time. So stupid waste time. Needs improvement both location post and 15th st. So when u go for drug test go at 1pm or try to call. Its so dumb

Super friendly and efficient and knowledgeable staff. They are fast too. Unlike the lab just up the street, who are full of bile and hatred. The minute I found out that my insurance covered either Lab Corp or Quest. I ran to Quest after being verbally abused several times at Lab Corp. Im delighted I did. I like being treated as a human!!

Absolutely terrible phone menu to make an appointment. Although the business claims that it prefers appointments, I gave up. To much swamp to crawl through.
