I get blood drawn every three months. This place is hit or miss... some days you go in and dont even feel the needle, and they fill up the tubes in no time. Other days... well, the FIRST poke was fine. But then they noticed they had three more vials to fill, and the second, third, and fourth pokes left me with a bruise on my forearm that lasted a couple of weeks. That said, Quest was also hit or miss, which is why I switched to Labcorp. Sometimes theyre training people, and often the really good trainees vanish, perhaps to go off to a better lab? After the last butchering Im leaning toward getting my blood drawn at the hospital instead.

I like the facility and theyre usually nice, efficient, and helpful in person, but its impossible to get through to the local office by phone and the appointment system is flawed. It looks booked for weeks in advance, but you can often take your chances and walk in and find it fairly empty.

The sassy women that work here are always a trip to watch and deal with. Most of them struggle to use the computer and get frustrated when trying to pull the orders. I would suggest trying to make an appointment online before you go to avoid an hour wait.

Unprofessional staff and improperly maintained office. The first time I visited there was an ant infestation. The second time the staff dressed in sweatpants/sweatshirts and were on their cell phones. The whole place is dusty and feels unsanitary.

I didnt know you could make appointments at a blood draw clinic, so ive always just waited in line with everyone else. I go to this place because both guys whove drawn my blood here were really good at it and nice guys to boot.

My idea of appointment is apparently not the same as the folks at this Lab Corp. Im disappointed in the service - maybe I was expecting too much. Dont bother making an appointment here.

The place looks a bit old at first with computers crashing all the time. But the wait was short and the nurse who took my blood was very nice. Not asking for more !

Friendly staff. She was quick and efficient with the paperwork and drawing blood. Only $29 for the CBC test!
