this was a horrible experience. made an appt an showed up on time. check in with reception took at least 20 minutes. i was asked the same question at least 3 times.had to give a urine sample,there were no paper towels in restroom only air blower which was of no good use when giving urine sample. finally after 40 minutes i was called to give blood sample. my husband had an appt only to give urine sample and it still took 35 minutes to call his name. never go during lunch hours, they still give appt times but seems everyone was at lunch and nobody there for lab work. i was thoroughly disgusted and angry after this appt. seemd liked total incompetence, except for the lady drawing my blood. she was good.

I made an appointment online about 2 days in advance. I arrived 3 minutes after my appointment time, signed in on the little counter ipad (very easy), and sat down. After about 30 seconds, I saw my name go up to the top of the waiting list (shown on the TV monitor of the waiting room) with a wait time of "3 min". I waited right around 3-4 minutes, and was promptly called back to a lab cubicle. The tech was friendly and competent, and the blood draw was painless. They tripled checked that all my information was correct. The bathrooms were clean and presentable, as was the entire facility. Excellent experience.

Only drop off and we still need to wait. People in the lab wont accept the drop off form and the culture we have. I asked why just drop off and we still need to wait on line? They said, patient doesnt know to fill it up the form correctly and we do it for them Then they just need to sign it. Its really terrible. I have another appointment in same day and I have to cancel it bec of this drop off culture. They are not very helpful. One old man passed out bec hes fasting and hes still waiting in line. I felt really bad to the old man. Service is not good

Miki is not cool

I dropped in today for lab test, waited for more than 15 minutes, and finally blood was drawn. There were no available specimen container for my second diagnostic test and I had to ask for the container on my last procedure. Staff were nice and friendly but they need to ensure that they have enough supplies for the day. Now, I have to go back for my other test.

Dont walk in here, make an appointment. They dont use sterile specimen containers for urine samples, no instructions to clean, not enough specimen viles, disorganized Even with an appointment people are waiting 30 minutes. The staff is rude and the wait for me was an HOUR and a HALF!! After fasting all night this is unacceptable. Avoid this place!

I had a great experience there. Very friendly receptionist, Michelle - cheerful and made the process easy. Immediately - no waiting time - Jonathan ushered me to the room and took my blood. No pain! And so friendly and funny. Highly recommended.

Set an appointment for 10:30 am, showed up at 10:15, got helped immediately and done with testing by 10:28. Not much bedside manner, but I prefer quick and professional from doctors any day of the week anyways.
