I have been a patient of Dr. Johnsons for over a year now. I am very happy with him as my primary care provider. I went through a lot of previous primary care doctors before settling on Dr. J because I am extremely picky when choosing my PCP. I am very lucky to have Dr. J as my PCP he genuinely cares about his patients and is not the typical as I refer to it "Band-Aid" kind of doctor. He will explain things you if you do not entirely understand something in a way you can gain knowledge about what you are going through. I use my chart which is a handy tool that his office participates in. I can write him a message through that system and it has never taken more than 24 hours to reply. He is excellent at referring out to specialists when needed and I feel he goes above and beyond in my experience. Due to past bad experiences with other doctors I was relieved to finally find a PCP who is caring, extremely knowledgeable, and is both friendly but stern when needed. I have never been happier with any other PCP. Dr. J is a very experienced physician and he is also a genuinely caring doctor who will tell you like it is but guide you on how to help yourself get more healthy. For the entire time I have been his patient I have been very over weight. The doctor has been very supportive in my efforts to lose weight to improve my health. He has even high fived me when I had made excellent progress and when I succeed it definitely feels like a team effort. I honestly can say if you want a physician who is both professional and extremely qualified to help you become a healthier person I would definitely go to Dr. J. I have never been happier with any other PCP in my entire life.
