Had an appointment for 2:15 pm and wasnt called up to the counter til 3:00pm. What good is it to make an appointment online when you have to wait 45 min?..... The next morning, I had to take my 85 yr.old mother for a blood test. After an hour, I walked up to the counter to asked how much longer do we have to wait because all kinds of people were going before us. Found out they were on the bottom of the second sign in sheet ,when we signed in about 6th on the first sheet. Thats the second time in two days they messed up because they didnt pay good attention to the sign in sheets...Thats inexcusable. ...Dissatisfied customer.

I just went LabCorp - Daly City and was inspired to write about the excellent service I received. I had an appointment, but had forgotten my lab slip, but had an email that contained it. The front desk was very helpful in sorting this out, especially David. David also drew my blood. Beyond the initial pinch, I didnt feel a thing! He was personable and made the whole experience a positive one. Thumbs up!
