I feel like someone should stick up for these guys. Yes, clearly they have some major communication problems, but I kind of feel like people who depend on that for this particular service are missing the boat. You can very easily schedule an appointment online, but even without doing that I have been able to get my blood drawn twice at this location without having to wait more than 15 minutes in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and professional, I felt that they did their jobs very well.

To be fair, I didnt actually have lab work done here, so I dont know about the quality of their work-because I couldnt get any helpful information out of the customer service line. After 20 minutes on hold and being put on hold again, twice, she couldnt answer any questions I had and told me to have my doctor call in (I am a doctor) for answers. If you call, and Lauren answers, dont waste your time...

Worst website for scheduling an appointment that I have experienced. Most are quite user friendly. Plus forget asking a question about scheduling, testing or anything connected to their operation. There is no way to contact anyone from this business in person. I really do NOT like doing business with this company based on their lack of customer service and helpfulness.

Lady helping me was a jerk, she thought I cheated my pre-employment test. So I had to retake it, and had an appointment soon after. Only to be late to my appointment. Told me that I had to drink as much water as possible to get it done in time. Automated system so I couldnt make an appointmen. Most inadequate place as far as customer service goes I have ever been to.

So they close at 4pm instead of 4:30 like the web says. Hustled all the way over there on my bike only to find that out. If I couldve spoken to a person on the phone instead of the terrible automated system I couldve saved myself time and energy. Luckily I still have a few days to take my pre-employment drug screening. So far I hate this place.

So far Ive spent almost an hour trying to figure out if they have any appointments available. The automated voice calling which has no way of transferring someone to a human being is ridiculously bad. Theyre only open from 8 am - 4 pm with 1 hour break in between. Horrible hours
