This is a terrible place to go. I went in for labs that required three separate tests. One of the tests they messed up. I received a call an hour after i left asking if I could come back in for another blood draw that day. A week later I had to return for a 3 hour test. When I arrived i was told I had scheduled it too late in the morning (9:30 am)and that it couldnt be done that day because it interfered with her lunch. I used the automated phone system to schedule the appointment so I didnt realize they were closed at noon for lunch. I asked why there isnt different scheduling for a 3 hour test or why cant someone call to let me know. I was told its my doctors office who is supposed to let me know. How would my doctors office know their lunch schedule? Another day off work wasted because of this company. I have been to other lab companies for the same types of blood draws and have never had any problems. I highly recommend a different company that employee competent people with better communication skills. Plus there is no line you can call to talk to a real person. Everything is automated. Really poor customer service. I will not be going back.

I requested a copy of my lab results, but have never received it. I was told to go to MyQuest online for the results, but they are not there. This is a crock. Customer service at my lab was personalble and professional, but this lack of reportage to ME, the patient, is ridiculous. And the phone line is automated, with no way for me to get help from anyone. If I can go anywhere else, I wont go back here. The flag at the top of this entry says "in the last week." Wrong. It was at least three weeks ago.

VERY unhappy with Quest. You cant ever speak with an actual person when calling the Cherry Street location.
