I was on vacation in California (I live in Virginia), but had to have a drug test for a new job. I had accepted the job offer right before we flew to California, and the drug test had to be done within 48 hours of accepting the offer. We found a Quest in Petaluma, arrived bright and early at 7 am to be first in line... only to be told they didnt do drug tests until 2 pm and after! I was very upset and started crying. The wonderful lady at Quest took me in, after asking two other clients if it was OK, and made me feel very comfortable. Not only did she go out of her way, but with a smile too.

Quest Diagnostics is a wonderful place to go for a fast and easy blood draw with no pain. The service goes beyond words excellent. Id like to thank them for making my trips as limited as possible. Id especially like to thank one of the nurses, Adrienne, for her fast and easy techniques, that had 0 pain whatsoever. That plays a big part in your view of the place for a young one like me, I am only 12. Im giving it 4 stars because, even though people like Adrienne deserve 5, some trips presented new people, who caused pain, and other problems.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The woman I dealt with there (Adrianna??) was immediately accusatory, confrontational, and discourteous in four separate interactions. I cant remember feeling more threatened and ultimately angry in a business setting.

I just spent 1/2 hour trying to get through to an actual human being to ask a question about a test and have been unable to. It is very clear that Quest does not want to speak to its customers. HORRIBLE!!! What kind of customer service is that ???? NOT!

My routine physical blood work lab quote was about 1/2 that of a local Petaluma competitor. They were also clean, courteous, and prompt. What more could I ask for?
