This clinic, staff and medical practitioners are incredibly competent. Each and every time I have been there in my short time of coverage, I have always had my case handled with great care. 5 Stars. The bad reviews come from those that feel a sense of entitlement where they feel that "they" are the only ones that matter. The .01%. The truth about a melting pot community clinic is that people of all walks come from all directions to receive care, and the care offered at this clinic is all encompassing. So, patience as a "patient" can be your best asset, not intolerance to those who serve to help all that come before them. It is easier to persuade others with polite requests and a positive attitude rather than with rude demands and negativity. In other words: You can catch more flies with a little bit of honey.

Nothing wrong the the doctor but the reception desk is a mess. Not the first time I call during business hours and their phone line is closed. Even in their recorded message they clearly state their hours and they should be open but arent. Disappointing please get medical care elsewhere because you will not receive much help there.

Brought my girl friend here with a head injury and we waited an hour and a half (with a previous appointment) before they sent us to the emergency room. The injury was too much for the nurse practioner on duty. This is a good place if you dont have money and have no other place to go. But steer clear if you value your health.

Very bad. Called to make an appointment, waited about 20 minutes talking to 3 different people in the front desk and they hung up without giving me an appointment or any imformation.

This site needs fax numbers so we do not have to call and tie up the phone lines. This is a very busy medical office and its not always easy to get through to talk to anyone.
