At present, I am "Caller Number Five". Just a few minutes ago, I was "Caller Number One", but got hung up on! Thanks guys. My time is not worth anything, right? Thanks for reminding me of that. All Im calling for is to find out what time my daughters appointment is, because the automated call I got spit out all the details too quickly for me to write down the time, and the only thing allowed to ask to be repeated was the instructions. Can you please fix that? I doubt you will, but if nobody asks, the answer will always be "no", right? Because service is only a commitment, not a courtesy, right? Edit: Finally got through, but when I tried to express my irritation at having been hung up on, I got excuses, and then got yelled at. I dont care one bit how many of you are working in the office, answering phones, or hanging up on clients without bothering to even greet them, you can be polite! Trust me, I would much rather take my child to a decent clinic, but being poor means I have to rely on rude, surly employees, such as yours. Thanks, guys. Have a nice day.

I have been seen at this clinic three times. Once for my yearly well check, and twice for sick visits. My most recent visit I was not seen by my doctor, but the one who was working that day(physician assistant, doctor, she never introduced herself(an older woman). This was fine, however the doctor I saw was very rude. She did not believe me when I told her the medication my last doctor prescribed. (Look in my chart! I do not like being treated like I do not know anything) I took my last prescribed medicine as ordered, so I am pretty sure I knew what I was taking. I told her several times it was an antibiotic, and she kept telling me it couldnt have been! I am a nurse, and have worked in a clinical setting, so I know she was busy, but I did not even get a chance to ask her one question because she was already rushing out the door. I left with many questions. Overall, she made me feel stupid. She talked to me like I was a child.

This place is terrible. Claimed my three kids werent registered for months (even though I kept re-registering), they didnt know what acidophilus was and recommended I discontinue allowing my children to consume it, we were 3 minutes late for an appointment so they said I would have to reschedule for at least a month later, and the staff is rude.. As if the patient is such a burden of their time. Impatient, huffy, asking required questions without even waiting for the answer before checking the box that is normal and creates the least amount of work for them. Its a very sad establishment. All around.

They only let you come in for one thing at a time. So if you need a medication refill and have a cough and suspect a cold, guess what you get two appointments and have to pay extra. I have sat in their wait room for 40 minutes once. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. They forced me to reschedule. They dont give a damn about the human component. I had to get off work which was hard to do to make this stinking appointment. This place feels they can treat low income people like they dont matter and it really shows.

They charge insurance companies for services that are not performed. They told my brother that he had a golf ball sized tumor at the base of his skull and reported in his records that there was nothing wrong (not even the extensive nerve damage that he suffers from). The supposed attending physician told him that there was a lump on his spine, then after supposedly ordering an MRI destroyed the results and notated in a statement that there was nothing wrong with him.

My experience is ONLY with dental . My kids have gone there since birth and now are 12,18 years old. Weve never had a bad experience . When my daughter started to panic the dental assistant held her hand and helped her calm down until I got to her as I was in the lobby. My daughter was 13 at the time. That is one of many nice things . Weve only had one stick in the mud dentist.

This place is terrible. The only reason why most people go here is because they are the only dental office willing to take Washington State Insurance in the Bremerton area for adults. The front desk staff are rude both in person and on the phone. Would not and will not recommend to anyone in the future.

I dont see why this place is rated so poorly. I have been here for two visits — a checkup and a cleaning/wisdom teeth consultation, and the staff is very friendly and professional, including my dentist, Dr. Kim. I had no problems with the procedures, billing, etc.

Most of these reviews have NOTHING to do with the DENTAL CLINIC!!!!!! Why are they on here????? If you have a problem w/ the MEDICAL side of the clinic then submit your complaints there!

I have no problems when I come here they are always very helpful answer all the questions I have I got here for regular doctor, pharmacy, and I see a councilor very wonderful people.

Staff is super friendly and appears to accommodate people with all sorts of needs! Its usually anxious to go for a dentist appointment but the staff is super welcoming.

This place is very popular. People are in such a hurry to get here, they leave home without taking a shower first.
