I went to get birth control and STI testing. The staff was very helpful and made sure I understood what tests I would be getting and even recommended which tests I should not get and why. They were really friendly and we had small conversations while they were working. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and it took half an hour to fill out paperwork and to be called in. But all in all it was a good experience and I would recommend going here.

First they let me know there was an error in my lab. I had to reschedule and come back a week later. Next, they canceled that appointment after I waited two hours. Rescheduled another appointment. It was canceled as well. I have no idea what type of training issues they are having or just a general lack of respect for patients but its been over three weeks and I still havent seen a doctor. This is appalling. Disgusting.
