Terra Linda has the most fraudulent and misleading billing policy that Ive ever encountered. At the time of service (~15 mins of actual service, wait time of 2.5hrs) I filled out the necessary paperwork and asked specifically to pay for the service in full at the front desk. There was NO SINAGE that you all will get billed TWICE. So I paid almost $200 for a 15 min doctor visit and then out of the blue I receive a bill from West Bay Urgent Care Associates that said I owed $141.00. I couldnt believe it because I specifically asked the front desk how much the service would be so that I knew upfront. I immediately called West Bay Urgent Care Associates to find out what the problem was; they then informed me that the first bill was a fee to literally sit in the building (a waiting room FEE) and that this 2nd bill was the bill from the doctor. I then called Terra Linda and explained the situation to the new manager, Mindy Whaley who actually agreed with me that there was indeed a complete lack of proper notification of being billed twice. She said she understood my concern (it was not even about the money rather the ethics at this point) and she said she would call me back. After I made 27 phone calls to her direct number she finally answered and said she would see what she could do about this frivolous charge. Several weeks went by with no reply (I even updated West Bay Urgent Care Associates on the situation). Then she finally calls me back and leaves me a voicemail that the bill was valid. I then promptly made payment to avoid any credit issues. This review is being posted in hopes to help others who might think that this facility is a good choice for care. I hope this message is loud and clear and I hope you all choose someplace else; unless you enjoy being mislead and double billed. I had to give it one star or the "post" button would not be ungrayed and the review published else Id give it negative 5 stars.

Had something happening to the head, chest & ears... Receptionist was great, easy to chat with. I actually mattered over ins!!! WOW 10 min waiting room time :) Chip the nurse was a delight as well. The system they use is a bit archaic and he couldnt get a few things enter... Nothing to fret over. Doc came in right as Chip was finishing up. Asked questions, while doing a check up. I felt concerned about and he offer insights and information, a couple things I didnt realize even after all these years. Very pleasant! Walked out feeling better even if it was just to head back to my room for a nap. Doreen from Oregon!

BE AWARE: This does not bill your insurance as "urgent care" but uses the tax code of the Novato Community Hospital and is billed as "outpatient services" or some such, so your insurance company (depending on your plan) will treat this not as an urgent care visit, but similar to a visit to the emergency room or other outpatient use of the actual hospital. Which means it could cost you much much more (again, depending on your plan) than you are expecting. That said, the Doctors and Nurses there were very nice and I felt they provide good care. Just watch out for the surprise in the mail afterwards.

Went on Sunday morning, and was seen right away. The doctors and nurses were kind, competent and caring. Had a raging throat/ear infection and they were available days later for phone advice and kind encouragement. The facilities are clean and modern. Expensive, but health care is crazy expensive if you are between jobs and not covered by insurance. Highly recommend.

This is such a convenient clinic! Twice this year with my son. They were great with him, listening and made him feel comfortable even while getting stitches. So comfortable knowing it is a quick drive down the freeway. Only drawback was the wait to get in, but you just never know when urgent care will be needed!

The facility is clean and the staff friendly and I saw a nurse relatively quickly, but after my condition had already pretty much been determined they made me wait an hour in the little room for the doctor. Come on really? At least tell me so I could come back another day.

We visited the clinic with our son. We were seen right away. The staff was attentive, caring and very professional. My son ended up needing stitches and they took very good care of him. The facility was modern, very clean and well staffed. Dr Bradshaw was wonderful!

Two separate bills. 200$ for using the facility and $213 for Doctor to tell me I had a sinus infection. If you dont have insurance its going to be expensive ! $413.00 for 10 minute visit to get prescription for antibiotics.

Do not offer full service for travelers. Would not give me an injection that probably every other urgent care in the US would (and has). I have the presecription, medication and MD approval. Expect terse customer interaction.

The experience was very good. Efficient. Professional. Some people on here seem to be complaining about the billing and cost. I used my insurance. Lets see what happens.

Horrible! Front desk staff was excellent. Other than that, I waited an hour to be seen and the room looked dirty still.
