DO NOT GO HERE! WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! After having sub-par experiences with large heath care providers like Group Health, I decided to try Holistic Health Clinic as an alternative. I think there are potential benefits to the Naturopathic approach to medicine. However, this clinic does not provide quality care or patient services. I went to this clinic for several months and had several appointments for an abdominal issue. I was prescribed some vitamins and an herb mixture. Neither of these significantly helped. After about the fourth visit for the issue, I was literally asked by the ND I was seeing "Have you seen an MD for this?" NO, I HAVE NOT. IVE BEEN COMING TO YOU FOR THIS ISSUE, REMEMBER? That was my first sign that there might be problems. Eventually they gave me a referral for a specialist MD, but couldnt really decide on which specialty would best fit the medical issue Ive been experiencing. The MD they referred me to had one of the worst bedside manners Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering and provided no insight or help into the problem. That may not be their fault directly, but it certainly colors the overall experience. Then, when I request a copy of my medical records, I am told there will be a charge for said records. Now, I make a point of keeping all of my medical records on file. I have NEVER once been charged for my medical records anywhere else. At first I was quoted $1.02 for the first 30 pages of my medical records and a nominal charge afterwards. While having to pay for my personal medical records was distasteful, I would have paid the roughly $2-3 it would have cost to get the records. However, the next day I get a call stating that my medical records will in fact cost $1.02 PER PAGE. That to me is extortion. I asked the receptionist whose job it was to deliver this bad news to escalate my request to her manager because I felt the charge was unfair. I was told I would receive a phone call the next day. I did not receive a phone call. Instead, a few days later, I get a letter from the general manager stating that the more than $30 for a copy of my medical records is "less than 50% of the cost that we could legally charge you for this service." Is that supposed to make me feel grateful? Wow! You charged me less than you legally could! Youre so benevolent! You know, they could also legally chose NOT to charge patients for their medical records. Seriously - how much does it cost on average to make one black and white copy? $.07 maybe? And how much would it cost you to have a low level employee make those copies? Probably not much. Im guessing far less than the $30+ they want for a copy of my medical records. So, Id bet greed is the motivating factor here. Their motivation certainly isnt to help patients. The kicker here is not only did they fail to call, they sent me a BILL for the $30+ (which is a charge I had not consented to) along with the letter. So, if you want to waste your time getting bad medical advice and poor customer service - by all means, go here. If you want real medical care and at least a standard level of customer service, look elsewhere.

Dr Sronce, where have you been my whole life? I have dealt with mild depression my whole adult life, but it was getting worse and I needed to seek some help. I went to my conventional doctor who pushed me in and out and as I leave gives me a prescription for anti depressants. "Good god.. I am now a statistic", I thought. I was so upset. I wasnt okay with the half ass answer of, "youre just depressed." I wanted to know WHY I felt this way. I went home and did some research, a lot of research. Weeks later I came across this office. I made an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day. My first appointment was over a hour long. HALLELUJAH! Someone who actually listens to me and really cares. We just sat and talked. I left with a bunch of plant based supplements to treat what she thought was just hormonal imbalances. Even though I was still skeptical, I finally felt that I had some answers. Ha you mean I am not crazy? I am not alone? I have been going here for about 5 months now and I swear with every bone in my body this place performs miracles. I am back to my old self. After feeling better she put me on a cleansing diet to get all the crap out of my body that I was inhaling while feeling tired, etc (seriously who wants to eat a carrot when you feel sad?) I am not only feeling level headed but also going back to the gym and losing weight. You guys seriously saved me. Thank you.

I have been experiencing apparently undiagnosable chronic body pain for a couple years. I have seen several doctors who could really do nothing except give medication to dull the pain. As a last ditch effort to get better, I decided to try a Naturopath. It has been the best decision of my life. Dr. Scronce has helped me more than I ever would have imagined. Not only has she figured out what my issue is, she has helped my body heal. I feel better than I have in years. From the first moment I meat Dr. Scronce, her attitude and approach has been to work WITH me to figure out what was wrong. She is so knowledgeable and has several different ideas of how to approach each new issue we address. I always leave her office feeling so hopeful. I am so grateful for Holistic Health Clinic.

I had migraines so often, it was hard to tell when one stopped and one began. I also had fibromyalgia, with pain in my neck and shoulders. After a year of seeing Dr. Miller, I am pain free. I have been going to this clinic for 3 years and have had a great experience with all the staff. Thank you.

Dr Scronce helped my son with his asthma without steroids. The regular doctor we were going to said steriods was the only way to help, which wasnt true. After that experience my whole family goes there.
