The doctor and MA were great. Very professional and they took their time listening to my medical issue. My experience with Terry the receptionist was horrible. She was extremely rude. I was not greeted, she rolled her eyes and sighed multiple times and made no mistake of letting it known that she was annoyed with me. For what I dont know I had only walked in during their business hours. My purse was stolen after just moving here and I didnt have my insurance card (I called the insurance company and they assured me that the clinic would be able to look it up) and she told me that I would not be seen unless her coworker was there to look it up. Fortunately the coworker was there and did do her job and I was seen. But while being lead back to the room she was whispering to the MA while pointing at me in which she stopped when I turned to look at her. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and just plan mean. I would not go here again due to her alone. Great doc tho!

I wish I have read the reviews here before going to this unfriendly place. The doctor refused to treat me as well, while I was also needing an antibiotic for a bad infection that was getting worse. I tried advocating for myself, e.g explained what worked for me in the past, etc. but he told me to stop arguing with him.. He was not the type of a provider who will listen and collaborate with his patients. His PA came in to give me a second option, she was nice, but also stated that she did not think I needed the meds. At the end she stated that she will send the meds to my pharmacy if I am not better in a day. My pharmacy did not receive any meds - to me my visit was a total waste of my time and money - I will stay away from this place in the future.

Great service by the nurses & doctor...just make sure you know what your insurance will cover before they do anything because they sure wont help you figure that out and will give you minimal information/options so that they can find ANY WAY to bill you extra. if that happens, dont even try to call their customer service, because they are clueless and will give you the run around hoping youll just give up and pay whatever they say...but again, the nurses & doctor were great...everything else was/is shady.

Im writing on behalf of my wife who just finished her visit there. The doctor refused to treat her (all she asked for was an antibiotic) despite a fever and obvious infection. Going to urgent care requires treatment of some kind and I am extremely disappointed that she did not receive any treatment for her condition. We will do all that we can to make others aware of her lack of care.

Doctors are great but receptionists are just awful. I have considered switching doctors simply because of how rude the reception staff is. Consistently. On my last visit the receptionist made me wait for someone else to help me while she clicked through read emails clearly not even rereading them. It has always been an issue with this office. Really frustrating.

I went to the walk in clinic in 2008 and met Ann Marie. She immediately became my primary NP. I wouldnt want to see anyone else. She is awesome. She takes my concerns seriously and is quick to refer me to specialists as needed. I am able to get apts quickly. When needed the walk in clinic upstairs has all of my files at their fingertips.

Wife and I both went in same week with same Bronchitus. She has premier insurance was there for over 2 1/2 hours and billed over $600. I have Obamacare and was out in 15 minutes with same drugs. They tested her for almost anything they could. Watchout. #WASTE OF MONEY

I like my doctor, receptionists and assistants are good, not a long wait. My gripe is that I dont get back information in a timely fashion, or I must call again. Assistant hard to pin down. It sure would be nice to have an email, instead of playing telephone tag.

I came in with a laceration and was treated immediately. The Doctor and Nurse were fantastic. They walked me through all of the steps of the process for stitches and had outstanding bedside manner. They diffused a very stressful situation.

They had ok service, but when I got the bill I had been billed $400 plus for an office visit in which I received benadryl, an anti nausea medication and ibuprofen. I dont understand why they would charge so much for something so minimal.

Have been a patient for a year now. I enjoy the doctors but hate the reception. Last time I was they they were talking about a patients personal info to each other for small talk. Very unprofessional.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. The staff are kind and courteous, doctors, lpns, nurses, and cnas are all competent. The wait is a little long, but its a great clinic.

Amazing clinic. Friendly and helpful staff, doctors and nurses. The receptionist verified my benefits and coverage, so that I wouldnt have any unexpected bills or payments. Highly recommend!

Fine doctors, and friendly nurses. Problem is their receptionist. I had my insurance change and she billed the wrong people after I gave her my new cards and everything.

Over 2 hour wait time - friendly staff but definitely lover wait time, and overall visit time than reviewed earlier. Total time 3 hours for a Strep test.

New place, clean. They saw my wife for a sinus infection and everything went well smoothly, which is more than you can say for most doctors offices.
