The kaiser staff at this location made me feel like they had little concern for my family as patients. The representative was rude, obnoxious, and un-professional. They were extremely uncooperative in helping determine when we needed to pick someone up after an appointment. I will only book another doctor appointment at this location as a last resort. They definitely dont have that personal touch here at this location.

I hate that the department has the words Chemical Dependency in its title, and I dislike that Meds. are so commonly used as treatment, but other than that, I love the care I receive from my psychiatrist and psychologist! There is a lot of humanity it that department, humanity and compassion.
