Though the dentist and hygienists are very nice and patient, they people at the front desk are very snarky when explaining things and are horrible at answering the phone. They will leave patients on hold to continue personal conversations. The receptionist was very rude to me while explaining to me I was late (as if I didnt already know) and wouldnt listen to me when I tried to let her know I was on hold for over a half hour and wasnt able to let them know i was on my way. They refused to give me a standby appt. even though there were absolutely no patients in the waiting room. Theyll have to get more efficient receptionists before I ever go back, hope they dont put you through the bs Ive been through with them.

They called my cell phone 5 times in last 4 days and left several voice mails for urgent call back after my moms blood test. I finally called and made an appointment, i took a day off at my work and we showed up 10 minutes before her actual appointment, 1st they acted like we didnt have any appointment for that day and they said oh its not an important concept and you could wait till medical appointment, 2nd they said our appointment was 1 hour before, then i asked for manager it took half an hour till manager came out and said can we make an appointment for another day.... Very very very unorganized place, nobody knows whats going on...

Ive been going there for over 4 years and it seems to have been getting worse, they schedule appointments for me then I show up and they tell me I dont have an appointment, they dont do my labs right, Dr doesnt take me serious. They forget to follow up with you about many things and they might do one test or non at all to check if anythings wrong, I just feel like they go in there abd try to be your friend but dont really help and the only reason I still go theyre is cause its convenient

the clinic and its staff saved our lives, as we were fleeing domestic violence. Every staff person did something incredible. --- the nurses were reassuring, the doctor was (and is, Im not leaving this clinic) a truly good person who gives me incredible medical care, and the clinic therapist continues to provide fantastic care, validation and encouragement.

Front staff are always helpful and willing to listen. My dentist is awesome and is always looking for ways to help me out. His assistant is personable and polite. My hygienist is friendly and good at her job. Thanks Dr. Runkle & Alisha

MAJOR SCAM!!! THE DENTIST REFUSED TO DO HIS JOB&PULL MY DAUGHTERS TOOTH THAT HURTS HER!! WE WALK OUT WITHOUT SERVICES RENDERED AND THEN SEND ME A BILL LIKE THEY DID THE PROCEDURES!! I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE PROPER AUTHORITIES!!
