When I moved to Oregon City last summer, I had to see a doctor. Finding that the "GoHealth" chain of urgent care facilities was nearby, I gave them a try. First, let me say that I have quite a few ongoing medical conditions. My experience in CA with any urgent care was HORRIBLE to say the least. Long wait times, incompetent doctors and aging facilities to start with. That all being said...WOW. I have had the BEST experience at several GoHealth Urgent care facilities. Im always able to get in with almost no wait, or schedule a same day appt online. The facilities are modern and I havent run into a care provider yet that I felt didnt truly care about my personal well being. I dont know what or how they staff these places with such good people, but its truly top notch care. I found a local doctor to be my primary care physician and hes honestly great too. Its just that I always have to wait 2-4 days to even get in. Id rather just go to urgent care while I find a doctor that can actually support me when I need it. I went into this location today and received a full workup for some severe pain, a prescription to help with pain management and an order for a CT scan tomorrow (today is Sunday). My family and I will continue to come here, and you should too.

I went to this facility at the recommendation of my primary care MD to have my blood pressure checked. There is very little privacy during check in at this facility. The "provider" (a nurse practitioner) didnt know how to take a blood pressure on the forearm. When she began to place the bell of her stethoscope ABOVE the inflated cuff I commented that others normally placed the bell BELOW the cuff at my wrist. She assured me that over the course of her 20 years as an ED nurse she had taken a BP both ways. She listened with the bell above and below the BP cuff and told me that both measurements were the same. I was a RN for over 38 years & I cant understand how anyone can hear the diastolic & systolic sounds ABOVE the level of the inflated BP cuff. In my experience one can only hear the diastolic & systolic sounds BELOW the cuff as the pressure is released. I could excuse a MA of this incompetence, BUT NOT an advanced practice RN. Disgraceful & potentially life threatening. I wont go to this facility for "URGENT" care again.

I had to go to Urgent Care after splitting my forehead open the other night. My husband drove me to the Oregon City Urgent Care. I did not have to wait long and was seen by the most kind, caring staff. I was very scared and in a lot of pain and they all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and ok. My husband also commented to me about what a great experience that was at a medical facility! I had 6 stitches put in my head and the doctor who stitched me up called me the next day to make sure all was good. I would definitely go back and recommend my friends and family to use this Urgent Care.

I went in almost two weeks ago for an ankle injury they said it was broken after they had me do X-rays. They didnt say what the fracture was because they had to have a specialist see it, I called today and they put me on hold to still after two weeks figure out what happened to my case. Needless to say they seemed to not care and just gave me the number to the place they referred me to and told me I had multiple fractures which they never told me about after the X-rays but now I have to still wait for an official diagnosis. What a waste of time.

I went in for a sinus infection. They prescribed me antibiotics. But when I saw my doctor two weeks later because I still had a sinus infection, he said they prescribed me the wrong antibiotic. Now my boyfriend goes in feeling very sick on Monday. They tell him he has the flu and send him home. 2 days later he goes to his doctor and the doctor says he has strep throat and a double ear infection. My recommendation dont go here because youll be misdiagnosed or given the wrong medication. But the people are very nice.

Went in with a hurt knee. Got an X-ray and sent me home, said nothing was wrong. Went to a specialist. My left knee- the top of my tipia was shattered. It requires surgery, 3 screws 1 plate and 6 weeks to 3 months of recovery followed by up to a year of physical therapy. But wait, I thought nothing was wrong? Aside from that the male nurse with red hair and piercings was beyond unprofessional and terrible at hiding his nasty facial expressions. Disappointment to our healthcare system.

They are 0/2. I will never return. They jump to conclusions and dont listen. They gave me a diagnosis which was untrue and caused me to panic. When I went again, they asked about said diagnosis which I told them had been tested and proven wrong but they kept going on an on about it. I wasted time and money. I would never bring my children there. I am In the medical field and I would never recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have (unfortunately) had to use this facility several times. Weve gone in at all times, on everyday of the week. We have always been seen in a timely manner and the service has always been great. Even when they had to send us to an ER due to the severity of the issue. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Its our preferred urgent care.

Horrible Customer service. They dont seem happy to be there at all. They kept calling in people before us that had arrived after and claimed their case was more urgent. Then when I attempted to talk to the person there was another staff I believe his name is Cody he kept interrupting and not allowing us to talk. They made us feel disrespected and unimportant!

Ive had multiple UTIs in the past and I had one so bad I was almost in tears. The doctor told me she found blood in my urine but didnt sound concerned at all and prescribed me a pain pill and no antibiotics. She said shell call me tomorrow with the results, which is ridiculous considering how much pain Im in and I know what Im dealing with.

Daniel did a great job comforting my very nervous 5-year old (who was afraid of shots and nervous about a male provider). Was very patient with her and helped her to feel safe and taken care of. No wait at all; we got right in. Quick, efficient, professional to beyond my expectations. Thank you!!!

I loved Andrea Louisell NP! All the staff were very friendly and it was super quick getting in, exactly like the commercials (which is kind of funny). She listened, commiserated, and treated me with warmth and understanding. Hopefully I wont need to but if I do, I will return. :)

The nurses were closing shop when I arrived with a sore throat....they opened back up and ran a strep test (positive) and called in a prescription. They were knowledgeable and so helpful. My family and I will come here from now on for all of our urgent care needs. Thank you!!
