I have been here a few times to do TB tests for my job and have been treated rudely each time. From the moment I talk to the receptionists I am treated like Im stupid, am talked down to, and made to feel Im an inconvienice for trying to get medical assistance in a medical facility. I was rudely told I need forms before even being asked if I had them, and when I said I was never told about forms when I had called previously I was simply told, "well you do". When I said I had the form on my phone (because I had it emailed over to me) I was told I needed it faxed. When I asked if printing it was an option, I received: "well how would we even do that? We dont have a printer". I was asked why I needed a second one and that no one has ever gotten a second one before, which is a very standard practice for TB tests. I get off work late and managed to make it there 15 minutes before closing as I can rarely make it in due to having to come back 2-3 days later to read the test, and they dont make appointments for TB tests, only walk-ins. When I came in today the lady looked at the clock (very annoyed, after I said I knew they closed soon but just wanted to check if they could get me in as I usually cant make it in time) and she cut me off in the middle of talking to tell me I couldnt do it (the test itself takes about 15 seconds to perform). Each time I have gone in I have been patient and nice, and have been returned with a nasty attitude for what I can only assume is forcing them to do their job they are paid for. I honestly dont know where the angry, standoff-ish attitude came from, but I can honestly say Ive never been treated like that consistently in a medical clinic, or anywhere for that matter, before. I did have a nice receptionist the first time I visited who helped me out, and a nice nurse who performed it, but thats about all I can say.

DR LEFRANC IS THE BEST DOCTOR! The other doctors are not so great:( 2 of the Dr.s Are retiring soon , and Im hoping for better back up doctors. my entire family has went to dr lefranc for many years. He is beyond amazing! He is caring, professional, understanding, very well educated and he stays in contact with multiple other specialty doctors which is wonderful because every specialist he suggests has been equally amazing and suited to my personality. My family is very thankful for our dr. There are not enough words of gratitude that we express! Having been a medical professional myself I can tell you GREAT doctors are hard to find to say the least! Dr. Lefranc treats his patients as family he truly cares and we are eternally grateful for his service!

I have quite am array of medical issues as well as I suffer from MH issues. I moved back up to P-Town around 4 years ago I have had 2 primary care doctors prior this one and I was under the belief that there wasnt a health care worker or facility that gave a bleep about my health up here. I had even told my wife that my life expectancy would be at best 10 years shorter than if I had remained in Eugene. I have now seen Dr. Lefranc 2 times and he has been so outstanding in his ability to get me the help and care that I need. For that I am truly thankful to have found this clinic. I have hope for quality of life to boot

One of the worst medical facilities Ive ever had. I had blood drawn a whole back and it wasnt even in my file. They lost my standing order from my dermatologist and blamed me. Not to mention every time I come in they take an hour to get me in with an empty lobby

From setting an appointment as a first time patient to seeing Dr. Lee I was impressed with the ease and speed. Dr. Lee treated me very well and addressed concerns quickly. Highly recommend.
