I have 2 kids. 10 and 5. We went in today for our first exam due to our other dental office not available. My boys were so full of anxiety, crying and shaking, and unsure about what was going to happen. (They had horrible experience before at other dental offices) They both needed work done today and Dr Michael got them both in right away to solve the issues. The entire staff from the receptionists, assistants and dentists were phenomenal! Very thurogh, and explained everything and very respectful to all of our concerns. I myself have been to alot of dentists and I have never seen a team of such professional and caring people. We are very blessed we were refurred here and we will absolutely be recommending Millplain Dental. My 10 year old is recovering beautifully and is excited for his next appointment! Im in awe, and thank you all from our Family!

Whereas I am not a fan of dentistry- who is really, it is a necessary place one needs to go for healthy gums and teeth. My experience with staff and Dr. Mike was the best Ive had in years. They are fun and efficient, caring and competent. I highly recommend them for you and your family. They care about you and your experience with them. Dr. Mikes hobby is so cool - he creates beautiful glass globes for hanging or setting on your desk - very colorful. He is very talented in both dentistry and his hobby. Thank you for the great experience. Ive already recommended his office to my peeps at work and my kids.

Ive always been uncomfortable and nervous going to a dentist, based on my exposure to some pretty incompetent and/or unlikable dentists in my formative years. Dr. Jensen and his staff won me over on my first visit, with their professional conduct, painless dentistry and an understanding of my fear. Last weekend my tooth started to bother me, and I called the office on Monday morning. They fit me in on Monday afternoon and fixed me up. Ive been a patient for about 10 years, and I appreciate the care I receive at Mill Plain Dental Center each and every time I go in. I highly recommend!

Dr. Jenson is a very skilled dentist and takes care of issues on the spot, no waiting for next appointment for repairs or treatment. General staff is efficient and friendly. Only gave 4 stars due to hygienist as needing some intense retraining on gauging the gums, I had a extremely uncomfortable experience as she dug the probe deep into my gums (thought it was going to come out the other side) and was told that I would need to bring $200 for deep cleaning, I will never go back for hygienist work there, ever!

Best experience Ive ever had at a dentists office! I lost a filling and needed to get it repaired as soon as possible or have to postpone an upcoming joint replacement surgery. Im a new patient. The staff was most friendly and accommodating. They got me in for the exam right away and replaced the filling the same day. They even helped with dental clearance for surgery, which I didnt even know I should have. I will go back for any future dental needs. Highly recommend to anyone.

I had my first experience with Mill Plain Dental today, had to have a tooth pulled that had been causing me excruciating pain for 2.5 days. The office staff was all very nice and friendly. Dr. Jensen is one of the best dentists I have ever seen; the only time I have ever had an anesthetic shot with no pain, not even a pinch. He thoroughly explained everything and did a great job. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Jensen and the team again

My favorite dentist ever! We had the pleasure of finding Mill Plain Dental Center shortly after moving to the Vancouver area and we were always treated very well and never had any complaints about anything. The office staff were all great. Its hard to find such a good dentist and now that weve recently moved to WV well have to look for a new dental office. There arent many great dentists like Dr. Jensen!!

I have a 10 and 11 year old. My daughter being terrified from another dentist visit elsewhere was scared to have a tooth fixed. It needed shots to numb and she was scared. The dentist not only did all he needed to and then some to comfort her. She didnt know she even received her shots. And they fixed it. They did amazing. And were able to fit us in same day for both the children. AMAZING CLINIC.

Best dental experience Ive ever had! Christy is the BEST hygenist. Shes thorough, but gentle and makes the routine cleaning a "partnership". She uses an ultrasonic tool that doesnt leave my mouth aching afterward. Dr Jensen is great too, but fortunately, all he ever has to do is review my xrays and make sure Christy hasnt missed anything. My mouth is in great hands at Mill Plain Dental!

I was new to the area...didnt have any references from anyone, but somehow I ended up at Mill Plain Dental. Unlike some...they gave me good advice on what needed to be done, but NO high pressure! Very friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable also...a big help since I have no dental insurance. I will be back again when my next check-up is due!

its mcdonalds. the standard is going to be low to start with, and you have to have worked in a similar setting to get the overall picture of how hard they are working for you. but they just remodeled the place and with the new mcdonalds on 4th plain being built id say were in for an exciting 2011.. full of mcdonalds.

Dr. Jensen is an extremely competent dentist. He takes the time to do a good job, and makes sure the work is pain-free. He is a perfectionist and has a great sense of humor. If your appointment is at 11:00, he sees you at 11:00. Dr. Jensens staff and assistants are also excellent.
