I should have read the reviews before going here. I had to get a blood test, paid out of MY pocket, for my volunteer position, and was treated as if I had the plague. The employees I came in contact with were rude, obnoxious, zero professional courtesy, shuffling papers around, sneezing on the paperwork handed back to me. Really? If these people dont like their jobs - quit - find somewhere else to go. No one said; thank you, youre welcome, or have a good day - nothing. I only remember two names, Robin and Veronika, the other 2 did not display name tags. The blonde, in room 210, was exceptional in her showing disdain for having to do her job. She, adamantly, told me how they dont do lab work there, but shell go ahead and do the paperwork. Maybe management needs to do a little Lean Six Sigma in this place, preventing patients from being shuffled around from one place to another. I gave it one star, because there were no zeros to choose.

My husband went in to have a drug screen for a potential job it took over an hour and he couldnt hold it any longer so he went to the restroom they called him back while he was in the bathroom and when he came back the receptionist threw his drivers license at him and slammed the window. we went back at 4:00 PM their computers were down but they were still seeing people, the CNA that helped him barely spoke English and kept calling him by a different name (even though she had his id in front of her). So after 2 hours he was finally able to give a sample. He received an email a few days later saying he failed his drug test (impossible) so he called and they said he refused to leave a sample and now he may not get the job because of the incompetence of the staff. I am furious and so is he. We will never go back and we let the potential employer know and they may stop using them also.

I was seen in late 2015 for an occupational health injury by Dr. Jon Johnston at the Providence clackamas occupational office with no complaint: I was then referred to him from Providence Urgent Care Happy Valley again in February of 2017 for a exacerbation of the same injury. I called his office 4 times in one month for him to approve an appointment with the office not returning my calls. Finally, the office called today to tell me he would not see me again. It has been one month since the referral was put in by urgent care. This is so unprofessional and not what I had expected for Providence to treat patients like. My partner and I are both Providence patients and will be moving our healthcare elsewhere to a non-Providence provider. Dr. Jon Johnstons flagrant disregard to do the job he is paid for is unacceptable and needs to be curbed.

Was given paperwork with a window in which to get checked in. I arrived and was checked in a full 20 to 25 minutes before my window expired. After waiting game more than half an hour in the waiting game room, I am told that they waited too long to scan my paperwork and that my window had expired. They had the audacity to outright verbally BLAME me rather than taking accountability for not scanning the paperwork at the time of check-in and upon finally admitting their mistake, tried to make the excuse of not realizing what date it was. While rolling their eyes at me and giving me dirty looks. This clinic has displayed an absolute lack of professionalism, and needs to get their act together. The only reason they get the single star I gave them is because the system wont let me give them less.

Very long wait times. Rude staff, they all act as if I am a huge inconvenience to them. My "exam" for a back so tight and painful was a single finger ran down my spine and a conclusion I had a muscle strain. He did not even pay attention to the fact I have a fused spine with rods. Then said he sees no reason to give pain meds or give me restrictions at work. I dont care about the meds but I have a very physical job and re-injured my back twice now. His solution? Send me to PT. They refuse to work with me because I had surgery on my arm and have not been released from that yet. The doctor knew this!. Bottom line, they are NOT there to help you...they are there to make work comp happy by sending you back to work ready or not.

The worst experience Ive ever had with a health care provider. The office staff were ok but the doctors were terrible. I think this place is where Providence stashes their worst doctors. My experience was one where the doctor treated me but refused to fill out any paperwork saying its "not my job". I specially asked the staff before scheduling any appointment if they were familiar with the CA2 form and could fill it out and they said yes. When it came to the doctors portion of the form he refused. Now my workers comp claim has been denied. Thanks assholes. The doctors name was Michael Savage.

Omg are you serious? How do these people have jobs? Extremely rude, bitter people. Wh. I showed up I had 2 people in front of myself it took over an hour for me to make it out. The lady in the back that helped me had to have been the rudest person I had ever met in my life. After she called me back she held the door open for me so I started to walk in the back, she then says excuse me, do you know where your going I said no mam, she said well then I suggest you let me show you. My jaw hit the floor! Wouldnt send anyone to this place!

Some one the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not only were you ignored the moment you walked in the wait time was more than two hours. As soon we got there, there was already people that had been waiting for an hour or more . There wa no warning about the wait and the lady behind the desk with the ugly ass long spiked hair was on Facebook. Awful place. If you have another option dont go here

Everything went smoothly. Wait time with an appointment was about 20 minutes in the waiting room, and another 20 or so once the nurse took me back to see the doctor. Thats not bad. The other reviews seem to be by walk in patients and I did not share their experience. Staff was very nice and I felt well taken care of. As a person in a customer service job I appreciate the service they provided.

Over an hour and a half long wait for a pre employment drug test, wait time written on the board when we arrived "50min APPROXIMATELY" oops. Pretty sure approximately means exactly. No attempt to update board at any point. Appears to be only one lady administering tests to 30 people. Receptionist with spikey hair, totally rude also.
