Worst experience. Billing department is a joke. Obviously there is zero communication happening between the handful of people that work there. They messed up my billing with insurance, never contacted me. Sent the bill again after I spoke with someone on the phone who said they would contact me before anything else would happen and after they finished talking to my insurance (they told me when I first came to the clinic that they had contacted my insurance and I had coverage for services). Never contacted me. Called them a month later (today), they asked if me I would be around today so they could call back. Never heard anything. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to Dr. May for about 1 year now and my care there has been absolutely 5 stars. Dr. May is down to earth, insightful, and of course a very skilled practitioner of her craft. Ive had to go in from basic check ups to specialty needs and Ive always been able to get in when needed and resolve my ailments through her naturopathic approach. I finally have found a doctor that embodies my philosophy! Her team is also very thorough with a quick follow-up and they are respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. May for your health and wellness needs.
