Came here a week ago after falling off a ladder. It was 5:45pm and we were told they were closing early. Sign said 7pm, but they closed early due to people already in line. Sent me to ER. Came back today as my 5 year old daughter is having complications with tubes in her ears and is in a lot of pain. I am sitting here right now in their lobby filling out this review after waiting 2-1/2 hours. Staff is friendly but they really need to get their staff scheduling figured out. Update: Now after 3 hours, we are finally in exam room and learned they only have one doctor working weekend. Dozen people are waiting in lobby and one doctor?! It will probably be another hour because doctor has to see two other patients before getting to us.

A Rough Cut

Honestly, I went to the doctor today with stomach pain. He saw me for 5 seconds hardly asked any questions said "maybe constipation" . He hardly felt my abdomen or even attempted to see what exactly could be causing my pain. Than he sent me for an X-ray said we would discuss what he needed to when he got those results. He sent me home without even telling me a cause for my symptoms or even trying to find one. They offered zero help when I called to follow up "someone will call you" yeah right. Imagine being in pain for weeks finally going to the doctor and essentially leaving no better off than before. Go to urgent care better off.

Brought my daughter in with a concussion, the doctor sent her to the emergency room saying she needed a scan they couldnt perform. She waited for hours in the ER, falling once more when she went to use the restroom and hitting her head yet again, before she was finally seen. The PA was in for less than 5 minutes, did a few quick tests, and decided she didnt need the scan after all and discharged her with a prescription for ibuprofen and a $600 bill that wasnt covered by our insurance. Wish the doc at this clinic could have done the same... it would have saved us a great deal of stress and some money.

So we go there this morning to get a pregnancy test a teen.... and we were made to wait over a half an hour… Then told we would know in five minutes after taking the test… Then dismissed and told that we need to call her doctor, after telling us she would tell us the results in five minutes!!! Stressed to the max!!! Really people!! Some understanding would of been nice!!!

Aweful. They do un necessary tests, cancel appointments, but get mad when you cant go. Dr. Kendall Graven argued with my autistic son. All he had to do was give my son a note, and the dr. Wanted to do testing. Then charged us almost $200.00 for just a note. They got me mixed up with another person with the same name. Urggg.

Do not expect knowledgeable staff, correct billing, anyone to call you back, accurate diagnosis or professionalism from this Clinic whatsoever. Save yourself, time, headache and possibly even your life by going to a reputable Clinic with competent doctors. Beware of this clinic!

Very disappointed. Unfriendly girl refused to see me at 6:15 because she said "We just decided to close early." I told her that I thought they were open until 7:00. She said, "Normally we are." Thanks a lot. Great service for sick people. Im so proud youre in my neighborhood.

Great clean facility , staff acknowledged me very friendly and a great sense of humor. I am from Washington State and the service and care I received was my opinion excellent. I saw Duo Dr Mrs on July 11 and then I saw Duo Dr Mr on July 13. Evening OV then afternoon OV.

All the staff here are so helpful and kind.Dr. Vanderburg is the best doctor I have ever had he is amazing kind and compassionate.Thank you all for everything you do.Even the people at the front desk where you check in are so helpful
