Doctor and the assistant are both friendly. Be very honest I dont know anything about eye exam so I cant tell you if they do a good job. But I do appreciate the doctors straightforwardness, after the assistant checked on my eyes, the doctor told me I can see 20/20 with my glasses. He didnt try to get me to buy a pair of glasses contact or anything. Later that day, I decided to buy a pair of Sunglasses online, the assistant was willing to get me the code for the sunglass I tried on in their office. They are willing to let me buy my sunglasses from other companys website. Amazing people. They also wrote me a personal thank you card for going, that I have to mention.

The staff was absolutely great! Such happy spirited people that love what they do. Stephanie was very helpful with picking out my glasses and describing the different types of lenses that you can get and Dr. Leishman also was very help and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing step by step and what he was looking for when he was doing my eye exam. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs an eye exam. Very affordable and a very friendly and inviting staff and atmosphere. I also was able to get an eye exam the same day that I made my appointment! I decided it was time to get a comprehensive eye exam since I had never had one and I was starting to notice some issues with my eyes. I called a few places after reading reviews, and Lumina was one of them. They were able to get me in right away, which is not true of many other places. During my appointment, both Dr. Leishman and Stephanie were very helpful in answering questions and getting me set up with new glasses. They have remained in contact after the fact to ensure that things are going ok. I am definitely glad I found them and recommend them to anyone!

The main problem is the price - go to a cheaper place and you will get way more for your money. with my insurance I could only get 6 month supply of contacts because the "contact evaluation" was so expensive. I had no idea the cost until after I had gotten the eye exam so I couldnt take my insurance somewhere else Had to make an appointment days in advance then waited 15-30 minutes once I got there. I felt like they were too pushy with the upsells. I had to say no to all the extra premium things, that they kept trying to get me to get.

I love this office! I was hunting for a new eye doctor in Utah and heard great things about Dr. Leishman. Both he and his receptionist Steph were very professional and very easy to work with. They made me feel totally comfortable and explained exactly what they were doing and what had changed with my vision. They were also so sweet and kind and patient with me as we tried to work with my weird insurance situation. I loved the mural wall in the back too :) Highly recommend Lumina Vision!!

Dr. Leishman and staff are kind and friendly. Dr. Leishman has been treating my dry eye syndrome for about three months and he is very knowledgeable about finding the best treatment for my eyes. He takes his time listening to me and doesnt rush to get me out of his office. When one treatment doesnt work hes persitant to find a better alternative for my condition. Wonderful eye care office! I was very impressed with how much more thorough Dr. Leishman was in checking my eyes than other eye centers I have used in the past. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and professional. They were able to get me right in for an appointment and were helpful in figuring out insurance information. Id read reviews online and heard great things about Dr. Leishman and Lumina Vision, so we gave it a try. The office was clean and well situated. The front desk staff was friendly. Dr. Leishman was so kind and fun with my kids. There was zero sales pressure which I greatly appreciated coming from our past optometrist. We will definitely go back for our eye care needs.

For someone who doesnt handle their eye health very well they were very polite and professional leading me through the steps and options of properly taking care of my eyes. Dr Ben and his staff are amazing. I have strabismus (eye turn), which frustrated a previous optometrist. Not Dr Ben... he is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He & his staff take the time to answer all your questions and give you the special care you need. Two thumbs up!
