Dr. Williams has always been very available to my needs and schedule. His staff is also incredible to work with, and answer any questions or concerns. Very short wait times, and Dr. Williams is very easy to understand your concerns, and will work with you on estimates and a schedule of any procedures..

I was well received once entering, and myself and the other guests enjoyed a spirited conversation while patiently waiting after the staffs lunch period. My dental assistance had a great attitude, and the doctor was relaxed, easy to talk to, and eager to get us going.

The dentist FORGOT about me, so I didnt even get an exam. His hygienist said she didnt think I had any cavities, but she gave me an extra toothbrush just in case. If you want to actually be seen by the dentist when you go for your dental exam, go somewhere else.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Williams since 2007 and wouldnt trade it for the world. The entire office staff is friendly, they are time efficient, questions; comments; and/ or concerns are answered. I would recommend Premier Dental to anyone.
