Showed up for an appointment and was told it was not that day Appointment card clearly said what day it was Was told it was for another day Asked for copies of records that I had been asked to pick up staff member very rude When we showed back up on the day they told us too Same rude staff asks are you are the one here the other day did u reschedule your appointment I said no why would I she should we Assumed you was cancelling your appointment when u asked for your records I said well you never should assume anything I never once canceled this appointment and she will be seen today After filling out the paperwork I told back to staff member handed it to her She raised her voice to me saying dont be hostile I said what do u mean Hostile if anyone is hostile its u and if you are doing this bc u dont wanna see a disabled person I will report u She has a right like everyone else to be seen She changed her story at this time pointed at a camera and said do u want me to show u that u cancelled this appointment the other day bc I will threatened me that I better be careful I proceeded to tell her I would gladly like to watch it bc I clearly never asked for the appointment to be cancelled but she walked away I ask to speak to manager on duty but she refused Clearly did not want to deal with this But this was clearly exactly what I thought They do not want to deal with disabled ppl and that is clearly wrong The staff member should be fired for talking to customers this way ! We reported to State and will never return there not bc of eye doctors there but bc of their staff they have upfront that are rude and need to realize that we pay her salary

The receptionist that sits to the right closest to the door needs a serious attitude adjustment. I arrived with my minor daughter 15 minutes early for her exam. We gave this employee all of our insurance information, and filled out the necessary paperwork upon arrival. She proceeds to argue with me that my daughter did not have any insurance coverage, even though I clearly had a valid insurance card. She was too lazy to call the provider number on the card to verify coverage, so she demanded that I call and get it straightened out on my own with about 6 minutes until 4pm-otherwise my daughter would be turned away and have to wait another month or so for an appointment. I got the coverage verified on my own cell phone within 5 minutes. The insurance provider told me that my daughter was in fact covered- and when I went to hand my cell phone to Miss Attitude to speak with the insurance company I had on the line-she wouldnt even take the call. She made me hand my cell phone to the employee that sits to the left- she clearly let us know she did not want to deal with the situation. Besides her the eye Doctor and other staff was great-but I will never, ever go back there with my daughter. This employee treated us in the most undignified way. She should be fired! I wish I would have got her name before I left!

My husband felt totally rushed through the exam. They dilated his eyes before they did the fraction. Which, in turn, completely messed up his prescription. He went through 2 sets of glasses before we realized the prescription they gave him was wrong. We had to pay for another optometrist to get a second test done. East View Eye Care, P.C. did a great job! Now he has the right prescription. It was a big hassle and pain to deal with the whole process we had to go through to get the right prescription for his glasses. I would save my money and the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Had an appointment for today at 9am, made long time ago. When I get here they go "we dont have doctors on Monday anymore" and "we supposed to call you or send a card"...anyway Im coming like an idiot loosing $ at my business just to find out all this. No excuses for this unprofessional "eye center"
