I started going to Premier Dental when my daughter was old enough to start seeing a dentist on a regular basis. I simply found them in my insurance coverage and made an appointment. I remember asking for someone good with kids! I must say I was so impressed! Our hygenist Chirrie Toomey was so good with my daughter! She made her laugh and feel completely at ease during the whole process! Me as well. While I knew I was doing the right thing by my daughter making sure her dental health was as much a priority as her physical health, I had completely neglected my own dental needs over the years. Many bad experiences as a child had me swearing off dentists for life! The nagging in my head that I need to start making my health a priority got louder. After a few comments during my daughters subsequent visits Chirrie convinced me to make an appointment for myself. Offering me understanding and no judgement! I wanted to cancel but made it in. We did a cleaning and an evaluation. I walked out of there with a clear cut treatment plan outlining the timeline, next steps, future appointments and payment options. Here I am a couple of years later with everything completed and a great dental outlook for the future. Never once was I made to feel less than for not taking as good care of my teeth over the years. Although Mrs. Chirrie (as we like to call her) is my primary hygenist, I have seen a number of different people throughout my treatment depending on what needed to be done. They have all been amazing. My daughter is getting great care as well. Highly recommend them as your family dentist! - Tiffany Huegele

My family and I have been going to Premier Dental Center for almost 10 years and we have always experienced a friendly staff, great dentists and hygienists. I, personally, have seen just about every dentist there and have only experienced good dental care from each and every one. My spouse sees Dr. Massa and has nothing but the highest compliments for the treatment he receives from Dr. Massa. Dr. Massa is a gentle dentist and very conscious of my spouses inability to sit for long periods of time since he suffers with chronic back pain. Dr. Massa and his assistant always make sure my spouse is comfortable before starting and during his procedure. My spouses father was a dentist so he would be quite aware of any problems with his dental care or with the office in general. He (we) recommend Premier Dental Center for all your dental needs.

Avoid this organization at all costs. I live and work in another city and only use this practice because my wife wanted to follow her old "Dentist" to this organization. My last appointment was at 9:30AM on March 20, 2013. I sat out in the hallway until 9:37 waiting for them to unlock the door while they were apparently having a great party on the other side of the door. I called them several times and finally left VM. I just told them that I was "going home". Apparently my time isnt really that important. This is all on top me insisting that my wife see a REAL dentist after all the problems shes had with them, and finding out that it was going to cost me $10K to repair the damage they did to her mouth. I already have a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can AWAY from these quacks!

I am having all upper teeth extracted due to a long history of bad teeth. Guess that it was on my fathers side. Went in to have some upper teeth extracted and explained that I have been to the dentist on several occasions and have white coat syndrome. Explained that I hate pain and that I needed to get this done with a upper denture and implants on my bottom fronts. I was referred to this dentist through my insurance and was able to get 2 molars and one wisdom tooth pulled in just a little time. Waiting on the healing, then will be headed back to have more pulled out. It is quite hard to eat these days and without the help of Premier Dental Center this would not have been done. Very understanding people trying to take care of my situation.

Ive been coming to Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels for about 8 years. Due to chronic dry mouth, its necessary to be seen every 3-4 months. Never ONCE have I had a bad experience! Not only is my dentist, Dr. Vasquez,highly professional and very knowledgeable, he is kind and compassionate. The staff have always been very friendly and courteous. Theyre easy to work with on scheduling and maybe once I may have had to wait 5-10 mins beyond my appt time.I would highly recommend Premier Dental. If there ever is an issue, theyre all about making it right. Patient satisfaction...thats the name of their game!!!

This is absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. They are caring and compassionate about your mouth and your being. They listen and make you feel like you are part of the Premier family. Dr. Dotson has a gentle and kind way and his assistant Kristin is just as great. I have had virtually no pain whenever I have come and they take care of everything that needs to be done for your health and looks. I am always telling others about them. So thank you Dr. Dotson and Kristin for taking care of me and being so wonderful!

We moved to Canyon Lake, Texas in 2010, shortly after that one of my teeth just broke off. We didnt know anyone here, no doctors or dentist yet. We drove around and came upon Premier Dental. They took me me right in and repaired my tooth. Christy Lutz got me in & Dr. Massa worked his magic!!! They have been out dentist ever since and I always recommend Premier Dental to anyone that will listen! The staff is amazing and so friendly. I love Premier Dental... Roxie Struebing

I have been coming to Premier Dental in New Braunfels for many years now and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff and doctors are always friendly and informative. They are very experienced in their field. I would recommend this office to anybody who is looking for a dental office where they will not feel nervous about seeing a dentist! :) Also, special kudos to Chirrie my hygienist who always get me in and out on my 6 month cleaning appointments! She is the best! :)

I highly recommend this office, Kayla got me an appointment for a tooth ache, and Dr. Dotson was able to perform a same day root canal treatment and crown on me. They got me out of pain and were all excellent, I returned for my cleaning appointment and will always continue to go back!!!! ALL THE STAFF ARE BEYOND EXCELLENT!!!!! The office is modern and everyone made me very comfortable. I was brought back early before my appointment time. Everything was fantastic!!!!!

Had my teeth cleaned by Chirrie, she explains the importance of .... FLOSSING very well , she is really nice and made me laugh the visit was great. Dr. Nguyen explained about getting my wisdom teeth extracted and the importance of taking them out early in age . I feel comfortable at this office , and Yes no one enjoys coming to the dentist . Have been coming here for a while , since my Dad was in braces . got to know the staff really well . very friendly .
