Worst place to work! I started with Aspen as a front desk receptionist and moved to the office manager within a few months. I highly enjoyed working with my staff, my old RM Anna Green, and Dr Akram. Things changed once we got a new RM and the practice was sold to Dr Altawaty. I havent been employed with Aspen for about 8 months and I was informed by a patient, whom Ive kept in contact with, that the owner Dr A and the RM Ashley Sousa continuously bad mouth me. Let me say I worked VERY hard making sure that I was taking care of each of my patients as they were my own family. I find it very disturbing that as PROFESSIONALS, they are speaking loud enough that patients are hearing them speak about what a terrible office manager I was. I have multiple patients who have since left the practice because they arent happy with the changes. I will be writing on every social media site about how terrible they treat their staff and how high schoolish the company is. If your regional manager is Ashley Sousa, RUN FOR THE HILLS. I have NEVER worked for such a terrible company!

Best dental office Ive ever been to. They were fast friendly and helpful. They did 18 x-rays of my teeth and showed me exactly what work i needed done. The dentist was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They also offer free x-rays and exams for people with no insurance. They also offer financing for those major repairs that can be costly. I have delta dental usa and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a lot of dental work like. I paid $150 for an entire year and they saved me over $1600 in dental work. I have 7 cavities and 1 root canal and crown that needs to be done and my total pay will be $940. Definitely recommend aspen dental for anyone who wants a full mouth work up. Thank you aspen dental!

Care was fast and well done on my first visit. They were open late this particular day too so it accommodated my work schedule well. My only complaint is that when making the appointment I was told to expect paperwork in my email to expedite waiting that never came. I lso wasnt told that on the first cleaning they DO NOT do a cleaning....which is the sole reason for going for most of us. Thry accommodated another visit before Jan 1st so evn though im inconvenienced another hour and a half, ill get my teeth shined eventually. Staff great so the stars stay high. Still would recommend.

Appointment was at 3:45 but didnt go back until about 4:10 which wasnt too bad. Cleaning was great and I met the new Dr. A. My old Dr. A left and moved to Houston, which Im so happy for him. But the visit was good. Would like for them to get the phone system worked out though. When I called back to confirm my appointment I was unable to get in touch with anyone because the voice recording said that the office was closed which wasnt true. So I would appreciate it if they would get the phone system working properly. Other than that, good visit and I would recommend them to my friends.

Dentist was very good. Very efficient examination and very thorough going tooth by tooth. However, I have 2 more days of antibiotics and I can only hope that my infection goes away. Dont think they were strong enough. Been on for 5 days already. In addition, the pain meds prescribed did not even come close to any kind of relief, especially the critical period of the first and second day. Stopped taking and found over the counter ibuprofen pills to manage somewhat. Had to work through it while at work and virtually no sleep for a few days.

I went in for the free exam and x-ray and Dr. Akram was able to set up a long term plan for me AND pull two of my teeth that were causing extreme pain(were talking take 4 Tylenol and go cry in the shower so the kids dont hear until it passes kind of pain). Ill definitely be back as we work towards getting my teeth and gums healthy again. The entire staff was friendly and the facility was super clean and modern.

Well I was driving by being new to New Braunfels and stopped in and they made me an appointment! I was really impressed with the kindness and being gentle they were very detailed about my care and really listened to me! Trust me I dont like going to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable and safe in their care! Im definitely going back! Trust is hugh with me! And I love caring people!

I had my tooth pulled and was very nervous but they have a very friendly staff that will make you feel better no matter how scared or nervous you may be. The doctor was excellent talking me through the whole procedure and asking if I was still ok. The whole thing check in to check out only took about 30 mins. DONE. thank you Aspen Dental I will be getting my checkup.

Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the nature of my visit was kind of serious and will involve a lot of future work to be done by them... I feel better after meeting all the staff a getting a good explanation of all the procedures to be completed. I was scared at first but now I feel much better about it all.

I liked the dentist. Ill nickname him "painless" because it was just that. It took a little longer than anticipated but he never blinked the 5 or 6 times I said I needed to go to the bathroom. His assistant well call "painless2". she was very helpful and accomodating. Very professional and the technology cutting edge. Bob lee

I dont like going to the dentist EVER! But Aspen dental in NB was amazing! The staff was super sweet and helpful. The doctors were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I did have to wait a while, for them to process my insurance info after my appointment, but they took ownership and apologized and it was not a bad experience at all.

Before visiting this dental office I had a phobia of dentists. The experience I had here erased my fear. The equipment was top notch and awesome technology but what really separates this office from others is the staff and dentist who were absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend you visit this office for your dental needs!

The doctor was nice and friendly. The booking woman helped me a lot by booking my appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. I wasnt available the date the Oral Surgeon was coming to the office I was at but she got me set up at another Aspen Dental to get them done on a date that was possible.
