My wife and I are so happy to have found Helpet here in Miami. We moved from Brazil last year with our two-10yearsold-sisters Shih-Tzu, and one of our biggest concerns was finding a good place to take care of Mel and Lua. Fortunately, we didnt find a good place, we found a top-notch veterinary center, with excellent professionals. Helpet is spacious, super clean, and organized. The whole team is amazing, especially Katia and Dr. Rivas, who besides of being very genteel and polite, is a phenomenal professional. He has shown his honesty, integrity, expertise, mastership, and love for his profession in an indubitable and unquestionable way during this period in which Mel and Lua went through surgeries and treatments. If you really love your pet, you have to give them the best, so we highly recommend Helpet and Dr. Rivas.

As a new Florida resident, one of my biggest worries was finding a Vet that was knowledgeable, responsible and one that has the best interest for my dog instead of my $$..I heard abour Dr. Rivas and decided to do some research. After viewing all his reviews i did not mind driving over 1 hour to meet him in person. After meeting him i understood why he has such good reviwes..he treated my dog with such love and care.. he needed a minor procedure in one of his eyes and he did an amazing job..he followed up with us later on that night to make sure my dog was doing well after the procedure. The facilities are very nice and clean, and the customer service was top notch. I am very happy to have found Dr. Rivas and my dog will continue to be under his care. I highly recommend his services!!

I called because my cat was declaining and in the brink of death. I needed help, I made the though decision to put him down. I called and ask for the euthanasia price, and cremation. On the phone a doctor told me $150. I rushed to the clinic upon arrival the doctor informed me he gave me the wrong price and now the total would be $250. I was with my agonizing 17 year old cat in my arms. Now I didnt want to do it here obviously. He gave me an "optional" clinic and I left. My cat died before they can give him the euthanasia injection in the other clinic. By the way the other clinic treated me with care and respect, put me in a room right away. Where my beautiful cat died. Never ever will I will recommend this place!

I am so happy to have found this office! After a terrible experience at another clinic, Dr. Rivas and Katia saved the day by taking such great care of our Kitty as if she were their own. They were so caring and genuine they really helped ease all of our worries. Dr. Rivas and Katia have done surgery on both of our puppies as well and cared for them like they were their own. I feel as though Dr. Rivas and Katia are a part of our family and my fur babies feel so comfortable going into the office even to say hello. I highly recommend this vet if youre as attached to your fur babies as we are!

We were visiting from Atlanta for Christmas for our holiday. Our beagle began to act weird when a local friend referred us to Dr Rivas. After an examination Dr Rivas found a sowing needle in the stomach of our dog and immediately placed him into surgery to save his life. There are few places in Miami where you can find service of this quality - thank god it was in our case a Vet! A Christmas miracle no doubt. Thank you, Helpet and Dr Rivas.

The clinic is brand new, really beautiful and neat. Kathia is lovely and kind and Dr Martin is awesome. Hes very tender and caring with out kitty. Explains easily any questions, is very approachable. Also, provide advise in different areas such insurance, etc. They sent you a complete report after each visit so you can keep track easily. LOVE THE PLACE !!

Dr Rivas is an excellent choice as your primary vet. I have 2 bulldogs, and as many know of this breed, you may have some health complications due to their passive and allergic nature. Helpet and all staff has always been caring and loving with our dogs, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and attention.

I just took my little Pomeranian chihuahua dog to this place and she had the best treatment. They were so calm and loving with her. Dr. Rivas is so professional and caring. AMAZING! Martin and Katia are the best and make you feel welcome each and every time. Theyre very caring and loving with all pets and most importantly, Ive always felt my dog is in good hands. Shes gotten her shots, dental cleaning, and even skin care treatment with them. I couldnt be happier =)

This is the best vet hands down! He takes great care of my 8 yr old beagle, always has the best recommendations for diet and recently preformed surgery due to a needle in his stomach. I couldnt have asked for a better vet to do all of this and help us through the process.

Dr. RIvas is an excellent Vet! Definitely recommend him. My cat had an UTI, and he was able to take care of him and prescribe different medicine. My cat was cured within a day. His prices are also fair and reasonable and his location and staff are excellent as well.
