There has been a slow but obvious decline in this office, and after five years, Ive finally thrown in the towel. Im going to find another dermatology office. The past in-office experience was the worst. The doctor was 45 minutes behind schedule and then when I did see her, she literally gave me three minutes of her time. She was in and gone before I could really get all of my questions answered. The nurse came back in with some sample medication and I never did get a thorough explanation from the doctor as to what she thought the issue was, nor did she take any biopsies of some very concerning spots on my chest. Im going somewhere else for a second opinion. In addition, I called this morning with a very urgent issue. The receptionist, Olivia, is so unprofessional and obnoxious. Shes called me before to cancel an appointment due to a doctors issue and did so with little to no apology but when I have an urgent matter, she was of no help. I asked if there were any cancellations could she please call me and her response was "We dont have a cancellation list." Unreal. Just take my name and number and put it on a post-it. How hard is that? Or appease me and pretend like you want to be helpful and then dont actually call me. But why be rude and blatantly unhelpful? Last year I got IPL done on my face and when I called to say I did not notice any difference, the office manager told me thats because the IPL machine had been broken. So, if I hadnt called to tell them I was disappointed in the results, would they have called me to let me know I paid $250 for something that they discovered was broken? I tried to remain loyal to this practice, but I can no longer give them my business. Terrible service, terrible experience, terrible results.

I needed to see a dermatologist for a skin issue. At this clinic I was given an appointment to see Dr. Green. I received the minimum attention and explanation from her. It was a chaos between assistants, doctor, and patients moving around. I had to demand to see the doctor again to ask her what she thought my diagnosis was and ask for the prescription that she forgot to write and the assistants did not know about it. She recommended that I should see a GI specialist. At this time every assistant tried to refer me to a GI doctor who was somehow related or connected with them apparently to score points with them. The visit was not a good experience. I am very disappointed that this clinic in my neighborhood treats patients so unprofessionally an am making appointment to see a different dermatologist at a different clinic. I regret to say that my experience was not pleasant and do not recommend them.

I got a filler at this office...Juviderm by doctor Launguani. She put way too much on my right side and too little on the left side of my nasal area. The part on my left side made a wrinkle much larger since it had been over extended for many months and had settled into that area over time. I complained to the office manager and the doctor to no avail. The doctor made excuses and said that I was still just swollen and that when the swelling went down, it would be fine....That never happened. The office manager did not offer any help or assistance. She asked if I had talked to the doctor who had only offered lip service. Therefore, in other words, fillers are only as good as the doctor who administers them. My money was totally wasted.

Ive been going for years, however every single time I get prescribed something it never gets filled on the first try. They either forget to call it in, give me a 800 dollar medication or forget to give me any of the information I need to take the medication. Doctor green is very sweet however they need to get it together, this shouldnt happen every single time I go. When I have to go back up there for the 2nd or 3rd time to get things worked out that should have been done in the first place, most of the office ladies are rude and act like Im such a bother from trying to get my medication they messed up in the first place!

2 of my family members were prescribed Accutane & treated at this location by P.A.s. It was such a relief to find prescribers who understand that some acne is resistant to antibiotics and can see that the benefits can outweigh the risks. I could not find a prescriber in Alpharetta who would prescribe Accutane, as it is government regulated and a big hassle for the office. Also, the wait times were always short and the P.A.s were professional and caring. Thank you Dermatology Consultants; they now have beautiful acne-free skin!

Terrible experience at Dermatology Consultants on Johnsons Ferry Rd Marietta Ga . Service was poor. I called 4 times to speak to someone medical. I was disconnected twice and two other attempts made and calls were never returned. I paid an $85 co pay each time and they never found reason for my underlying issue. I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Green and very impressed with her expertise. I was referred by a previous doctor to see someone at Emory, but Dr. Green prescribed a regimen that was better and seems to clear her up completely of her eczema rash. I will continue to take my daughter to her for this condition and any other dermatology issues that arise.

It would be nice if the nurses would call you back within 24 hours when you have a question or concern. It has happened to me twice now when they dont call you back. I will not go back there again. Dermatology Affiliates is a much better office. This place is apparently too busy to care to call their patients back .

Dr Green and her nurse seem nice enough but every other person in the office is rude and very short about everything. Whenever I call they act as though I am annoying them. If it wasnt for proximity to our home, we would not use this office.
