I never leave reviews but I am choosing to take my time and make this one because I am extremely unsatisified. I booked an 9:30AM appointment for a hydrafacial. I called 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm that I would be late and to see if I could still come. The representative said that if I made it by 10 I was fine. My uber was late and I called before I got in the car. But it was 10:11. I called the facility again to confirm that I could come to my appointment. The representative told me yes and that it was okay. Upon arriving at the facility I was told I could not be serviced. They made a mistake and that I couldnt be seen. The workers were extremely rude in trying to help me resolve this matter. I spent $35 on a uber to get to the location. When asked the employee told me that she called me. I asked her specifically what number did she call and she began to panic. Upon pulling up my account she told me the number and said an older man answered the phone and was sleep. Im extremely livid because this was a lie. I had my phone the whole time I was on the way. Including the fact I was in the car with a stranger I wouldve definitely answered the phone. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont tend to post reviews for most places, but this facility is amazing!! Ive been going to different dermatologists for years and still had minor acne. I started going here in December and my skin is COMPLETELY clear on my face, chest, and back. Everytime I go they have me in and out, last time I was done in less than 15 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I do! Good job guys!

Love Dr. Muennich and her nurses/ nurse practitioner.!! However,I gave a 4 star review because her front desk staff is not friendly. Thats unfortunate because they are the first point of contact and where the first impressions are generated.
