After my former dermatologist retired, I was referred to Dr. Snyder. I waited a very long time to be seen, almost 5 months to be exact. I am disappointed with two things: 1) the amount of time that was spent with me, especially because I was a new patient. The forms took longer to fill out than the time that I actually spent with Dr. Snyder. I realize that it was just an annual check up, but it seems like there should have been more time spent on my overall skin health which leads me to my next issue. On my medical history, I indicated that I am taking a medication for acne. This was not brought up at all during my brief visit with Dr. Snyder. When I went to check out, I asked the receptionist to ask about taking over the refills. I was told that I would have to make another appointment (over my lunch hour) which is extremely frustrating. I have emailed the office twice and left messages for the office manager. No one but the person in charge of billing have gotten back to me, and I am stuck with paying a bill not once, but now twice as I will be finding a new dermatologist.
