Came here twice. Saw Gardner my first visit. I waited in the waiting room longer then the doctor saw me. Had to come back the second time for a follow-up. Met up with an assistant or whatever he is. I waited in the room by myself with no one checking up on me for 20 mins. He comes in without sitting down and tells me what I know. This man was in the room for 3 mins. And he left. I wasted money and time. I was charged $80 for a follow-up for 3 freaking mins. And he prescribed a medication that was $200 w/o giving me a coupon that the pharmacist said that they should have given me. I am totally pissed off. Never going back. And my husband was a patient. Hes not going back either for the same issue. Terrible service from the beginning and they will take your money for nothing. Spend time with your patients if you are going to leave them in the room for 20 mins.

Avoid this place because of bad service and shady billing. I went in for an annual checkup to make sure no moles on my body were cancerous. Pretty straight forward. They were allegedly in-network. However, they used a pathologist thats out of network and I got a bill from them many months after my visit. How ridiculous?! Guess I need to do extensive research and figure out if their third party providers are in-network to avoid getting double billed. Oh and the service, they had me strip down to my underwear while I waited in a chilly room for about 30 mins. I should have walked out then. Never going back.

We switched insurance providers and i had to switch Dermatologists. I loved my previous Dermatologist, and although i only saw the PA here, i really like this group. The PA (Mike) was VERY professional. He took time to explain things to me, didnt rush me, and genuinely seemed concerned for my situation. If Mike is a reflection of Dr. Garnder, I highly recommend this office.

Stay away!! This doctor didnt help with any of the issues I came in for...months later nothing has changed. I was also told there would be no charge for my follow-up appointment but I just got a bill from them in the mail after they charged my insurance so that was a lie... Dont bother with this office they will just waste your time and your money.

Great friendly staff. Called for an appointment on the way there. They had me in a room before I could finish the paper work. The doctor prescribed a medication that was $200 cause my insurance isnt the best. I told him that I didnt buy it cause it was too much at the follow up so he sent me home with samples of another kind and he waved my copay

This whole process wasnt what I expected. They quoted me a price on the phone and it was actually double. No pain medication for a surgery on my head, no extra bandages or gauze, they gave me a script for antibiotics but thats literally it... for over 600 dollars I just had higher expectations!

9:05 appointment.. Ive been in this room for 31 minutes, zero follow up and VERY disrespectful of my time. Why make an appointment if you dont honor the time?

he stole my money told me my skin had no cure my girlfriend did a 3 minute google search and figured out it was eczema would strongly not recommend.

Very good staff. My daughter is a patient and he really knows his stuff. He did a great job diagnosing her and the prescription worked great.
